Fries cold and hard when I got them. There was sauce waste on the inside of my bag. Then the young man at the window was under the influence of drug's. I paid for a medium and he gave me smalls. I couldn't get his attention at the window so I just left with what I had.

After going to this Arby's for several months .I have come to love the Shakes they have here,always smooth and rich and the sizes are all jumbo sized...Oh and that brisket sandwich is good too....

went thru drive thru. food was hot and good. asked for horsey sauce and arby sauce and my friend wanted arby sauce not from a packet and they just gave us 2 red ranch sauces. otherwise food was fresh hot and came fast.
