went thru drive thru. food was hot and good. asked for horsey sauce and arby sauce and my friend wanted arby sauce not from a packet and they just gave us 2 red ranch sauces. otherwise food was fresh hot and came fast.
After going to this Arby's for several months .I have come to love the Shakes they have here,always smooth and rich and the sizes are all jumbo sized...Oh and that brisket sandwich is good too....

Had a good experience here. Employees could've been a bit more chipper or pleasant. The food was good. I had a philly cheesesteak meal and my mom had bacon ranch Philly meal. Love the curly fries. Inside and out was clean. I didn't use the restroom while there. It was probably around noon and it didn't take long at all for food to get done.

The girl that’s always working the register at the drive thru window is consistently rude. Her attitude is always terrible towards customers and when taking orders. Went through at 12pm on 10/23/23, when I was handed my bag of food the girl working was not even looking at the direction of the window & never said thank you or have a good day, just put her hand out the window with my bag of food. I was not even aware if I could drive off or not or if I had all of my items. Terrible customer service from this young lady. As a manager she would not be working at my establishment.
