Went through drive up - when 4 items cost you $27, you hope to get all your items. Guy at drive up handed me order- I looked in real quick asked for arbybsauce and Marina sauce- bright back Marina sauce- I again asked for arbybsauce- brought it back again- I drove off- hot home- missing a sandwich- tried calling 3 x on my way back to let them know I was coming back, no answer. 15 mins to drive back. manager in lobby on phone- I asked her if she was the manager? She said yes, I know why your heat- you drive off before he could tell you 2nd sandwich was still being sliced- then yelled for them to make me another one- I said I hope you can understand why I’m frustrated- he never told me he was waiting on the second sandwich- she was yelling at me to stop yelling at her- canceled my sandwich, refunded my money- acted like I grabbed it from her!! She was waiting and egging me on for a fight! I told her she had no business in management- she threatened me and said she would follow me into the parking lot!! Followed me to the door while still hurling threats! I understand customers can be out of line but this manager was out of line! Never will I spend another dime there!!!

Noticeably clean, and the people working there actually seemed to be enjoying themselves. Bathroom was spotless and all the sauces were full and even had to-go packs. Pretty solid Arby's experience.
Pulled into drive thru 9pm. They don’t close until 10pm. No one answered and no one was visable in the store when I drove around. All lights on. I am guessing employees just hid away to ignore customers and pretend they are closed

I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the last three times I’ve gone my total has been a whole number with no change. Plus, I don’t get a receipt anymore. If you ask me, something shady is going on here.

Pulled up in the drive thru at 10:10 am , sat there for 5 minutes and noone ever talked to us so we decided to go inside. First thing they had no carbonated drinks. Which is fine I'll take water. Ordered the number 1 , it's the cheddar and roast beef. I think because they had no soda they assumed I didn't want the meal so just gave me the sandwich. I don't know what's going on at this store but I don't recommend going.

Bloody and rare .I took 2 bites and they refused another sandwich..never had problem at west end and meat is cooked..manager female.not very nice ..avoid!!!!
