Pulled into drive thru 9pm. They don’t close until 10pm. No one answered and no one was visable in the store when I drove around. All lights on. I am guessing employees just hid away to ignore customers and pretend they are closed

I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the last three times I’ve gone my total has been a whole number with no change. Plus, I don’t get a receipt anymore. If you ask me, something shady is going on here.

Pulled up in the drive thru at 10:10 am , sat there for 5 minutes and noone ever talked to us so we decided to go inside. First thing they had no carbonated drinks. Which is fine I'll take water. Ordered the number 1 , it's the cheddar and roast beef. I think because they had no soda they assumed I didn't want the meal so just gave me the sandwich. I don't know what's going on at this store but I don't recommend going.

Bloody and rare .I took 2 bites and they refused another sandwich..never had problem at west end and meat is cooked..manager female.not very nice ..avoid!!!!

We were coming into town around 9pm (after driving 8 straight hours from OK) and spotted this Arby's right across from our hotel room, at the Holiday inn and Suites. We parked outside to order to go at the counter to take it back to our hotel room. When we came into the restaurant, the man in glasses behind the counter turned his back on us and said, loudly to the other 2 staff members on the line, "why do these people wait until the last minute to come in? Like where were they all day, for real?". No one even acknowledged us after that, so I told my husband to forget it, since I was too tired to ask what the problem was. On our way out the same person said something about us again, and I said (with my back turned to him this time) " yeah, I heard what you said" and we left. I was disappointed see that this location doesn't close until 10pm, and they didn't want to serve us 45 minutes before that. I hope the owner of this store sees this, because whoever the manager was tonight on this shift at approximately 9pm on Saturday 4/27 went right along with what happened.
Overall a good spot to eat. Thr tables were dirty, but not a huge deal as they seemed to be busy at lunch time.

Went there for a Greek gyro at about 1pm and they said they were sold out of the day come back tomorrow. They were so quick to turn away a guest never going back.
The service was fantastic. The girl behind the counter was polite and competent. I do feel the weight was a bit lengthy for no busier than they were. I also think shutting down the drive-thru while someone is on break is a bit extreme. But all in all the counter person made everything okay.Food was hot and it was fresh but again it took quite a while for no busier than they were. I also felt that my order was slapped together because it was kind of messy . All in all, not a horrible trip but it's certainly could use a little improvement.
