This is my edit, I ordered today through Uber Eats and they didn't have my curly fries which I paid for in my bag. I guess I should have knocked on wood with my original post...Original post: Thank you Arby's for continually getting my order correct through Uber Eats. I actually ordered from Chick Fil A earlier and they forgot my chicken tenders in my chicken tenders meal! But thankfully Arby's got it right and put the chicken tenders in the bag. Thank you.

Amanda needs to learn customer service skills. Very seldom is she friendly. My 5 yr old granddaughter asked her a question and she was rude as always. If you work in the public it should not be accepted by higher management and that is just her .

The food was better than most Arby’s I’ve been to recently. Had more meat than bun this time, at least. Still am about to give them up, though. The counter service was friendly and professional. I had to choose my table carefully because all were dirty. I chose the least dirty I could find and cleaned it off myself. Maybe just do drive-thru? Overall, Arby’s as a brand is not as good as it used to be. And they’ve become so expensive (so is everything else). The value’s just not there anymore.

Their fish sandwiches and chicken strips are always perfect!
Messed up my order, asked for a large beef and cheddar meal and a beef and cheddar sandwich on the side. They gave me a medium roast beef meal. How complicated is it for someone to use a literally numbered menu.
