I’ve never had an issue with this location. The people are normally very nice and food is excellent. Today I went there with my son and some family. For starters we didn’t receive 1 of our 2 pretzels. When we went up there to get it it the older lady, name tag read “Penny”, had gotten a HUGE attitude. I’m assuming it’s because she packed it and couldn’t believe she made a mistake. The gentleman was nicer but they were all out and couldn’t give us a time they’d be done. Anyways we go sit down and wait for the pretzel to be done. After 5 minutes we go back up there and Penny looks directly at us, with a dirty look on her face, but doesn't proceed to give us our food making us wait in the long line. We get our pretzel and go about our way. However the food was TERRIBLE. Burnt, way too dry, and overall inedible. Will not be returning to this location

Penny was the rudest human on the planet! I had my kids with me who wanted mini pretzel dogs. They had 5-10 min in the oven so I said I’d wait for them, obviously waiting beers toddler tantrums. She rolled her eyes and gave me nothing but attitude. Then when I asked for a receipt you’d have thought I’d asked for my money back or something cuz she was super bothered. I won’t do this again, especially is Penny is the one waiting on me.

I tried Auntie Anne's when they first opened up and disliked it very much (this was way back when there was another pretzel shop called Swiss something [forget the whole name], but I miss and love the pretzels they had). Fast-forwarding many years, and I still dislike them; my pretzel just tasted way off. Will not come back again.

Totally bad experience. Staff was having attitude and chewing gums during work. Didn’t know what was customer order. If you don’t want to work so don’t. Food was burnt and tasted very very bad.

Pretzels were very dry, even with cheese sauce. Couldn't finish them all. Service was very rude.
It was a very bad experience. the attendant at the mall location had an attitude. This is the second time it happened at this location. I won’t buy anything there again.
Spent $17 for some bread and cheese

Pretzels
They will just give you the old pretzel’s and always say they are fresh. Not fresh at all. Staff always want to get tip. They will push you to do so by asking multiple times to look at the screen to tip. If you don’t tip they will be very rude and the lady just threw the napkins when asked for..You are already overpriced and give not so fresh pretzels. I can’t spend more on tips when I’m not satisfied with the service
They have the BEST service in White Oaks Mall! Friendly and very welcoming. Went the extra mile for me
Went there for the free birthday pretzel that Auntie Anne's advertises. App was glitchy and the barcode would not show up even though the birthday was on there. Staff was rude about it and dismissive and acted like I was a nuisance.Still made my order which they proceeded to forget two items and acted annoyed when I pointed that out.I understand working at Auntie Anne's at a dying mall is probably not ideal. But most people don't like their jobs and can get through the day without making other people feel like a guttersnipe.
