Every time I get an ice cream for my friend, I get a quart of black walnut ice cream. Depending on who serves me, my quart is not always packed. That skinny white dude just looked at me like , " Oh she's just asian, I won't pack her quart of ice cream pretty good. It was so light! But when others do it, I could feel how heavy it was. For the amount of money I pay for a quart, I would expect it to be fully packed. I've been going here for 28 years and it's never the same each time.

Came straight here after coldstone did me dirty. I’m PMSing and NEEDED my ice cream fix. The employees are friendly and the ice cream is always yummy! Thanks Baskin Robins for being my rebound (My husband appreciates you too because I’m not grumpy now)

The manager Mindi yelled at my autistic son for touching the glass. When I explained that he was disabled she said “well maybe he should wear a sign “ . Horrible management and experience . Someone like that should not be in charge

Terrible service, 8 of us adults stopped in from St. Louis. The lady with the blue beanie was terrible. She gave us under two minutes. Before she raised her hands up in an aggressive manor and saying who’s next!!! Absolutely unprofessional behavior. I’ll never return.
Good product... Just wish the facility was a bit bigger.

The young man in the blue shirt gave us amazing service. He was so kind and was helping us pick out the best flavors such as Cookie Monster. He was making conversation which was nice. Usually in Springfield we haven’t gotten good service so this is a nice change and changed my perspective on Springfield. Thank you for saving the city Mr. Blue shirt.
