First and last visit. A bunch of the ice cream appeared melted and refrozen. The walls and ceiling were filthy, just look at these pictures. When i worked in a chain fast food sub place, the district manager would have fired everybody in the store if he saw this. Disgusting. The one positive was the employee was super nice, not their fault that this place is run this way.

Just took my wife and girls for an evening treat. Ice cream was delicious, but service not so much. We arrived 10 mins before close and were promptly told at 9pm that they were closing... which meant it was time for us to go. We were in the middle of enjoying our treats at the time. I asked politely if we could stay to finish, and the gal said she'd give us 5 more mins in a very abrupt and rude manner. I also heard her say they were closing at 9 when another couple showed up just beforehand. Come on BR... your business product is a pleasant customer experience just as much as it is ice cream. We'll go elsewhere next time.

Look forward to having pumpkin ice cream every year for my birthday which is in October. This year the only choice we had was the pumpkin cheesecake. We've had it before but there was no pumpkin taste in it this year. It was very disappointing.
