Racism my cousins just experienced racism their they didn’t served her or her baby they sat their 10-15 min while they served the other consumer who came in behind them and seated them first before them and they was not black
food was fair... service was meh... cost was a little high for what you got. be a LONG while before we go back.
WORST experience ever. I ordered 1 appetizer, 2 entrees (include salad and side) and 2 desserts for carry out. Order total is over $100. 1 arrived a few minutes early. I parked in the designated spot for pick up orders and noticed that two other customers were going in to get their food. I followed their example went in gave my name and waited for a Hostess to bring my order. A few minutes later I had my food but as I was walking to my car it occurred to me that I should have more bags. I checked my bags at the car and sure enough, there were no desserts in the bags and not enough bread (6 small pieces including the heals) While checking my bags I also noticed the entree I requested to be labeled was not but the bag with the salads was. I went back in explained what happened and was told they needed to check my bags as they couldn’t find any extra desserts in the kitchen. I escorted the woman to my car, placed the bags in the hood of my car and pulled out the items. She was all too happy to point out I had bread. I asked for more she explained everyone gets 3 slices, you have 6. If you would like more that will be an additional charge of $2 or $5 for a loaf. We continued to go through the remaining bag, no dessert. We went back into the restaurant she brought me my desserts with a tired apology, I’m sorry about that or some such. Normally, I would have asked for a complete refund. However, I ordered this food with my husband in mind and I decided if anyone is worth the hassle surely he is. So, after being embarrassed and made to examine my bags outside I went home but that’s not where this experience ends, it gets worse. My side of broccoli was half warm half raw, all the lids melted so sauce was everywhere. I began to eat my salad and noticed a fiber or something and it ended up being a small curly blond hair…..DISGUSTING!!! At this point in the evening I am too through and have no desire to call or drive back. However, I will be calling to speak with a manager about the terrible service; implying that I lied about the desserts, and all the other shenanigans only to find a hair in my food. Do yourself a favor and NEVER dine here, I know I won’t.

Ordered food from Grub Hub for home delivery- my wife and I had Baked Mostaccioli with Garlic Bread- 1 Strawberry Chicken salad and 1- Caesar salad. 2 orders of Meatballs. We have never ate at this restaurant and thought it was high end restaurant with great food- however we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the food- it was in containers that were burnt on the edges- the entire order of Mostaccioli tasted burnt and stale like it was taken out of the freezer and put in the microwave. The salads looked good but quickly discovered that the lettuce was stale and old tasting. The food was hot and well packaged but very very poor tasting and underwhelming- we will be putting this restaurant in our Do Not Order from file! I’ll include a picture of the food. The meatballs were also gross tasting. Very poor! Don’t waste your money on this garbage- I have had better TV dinners!

Orders thru uber eats. Ordered gf baked pasta sub milano sauce with extra proven received regular baked gf pasta, ordered fet Alfredo with chicken and shrimp, both items are upcharged. Did not receive my proteins as ordered. Only thing they did right was sub the cheese tort on the fet Alfredo. Sauce is thin and very little flavor to it. Bella has always performed well but this does not wow me. I'd like a refund or offer for replacement.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch while visiting from out of town. Was the early part of a weekday lunch, so they weren't busy yet. We sat and waited a good while before we were acknowledged. Once we were, we started with a drink order. We ordered 2 of their specialty drinks. A tiramisu martini and an old fashioned. Both were sloppily prepared and could tell that they were rushed out. We ordered one of my favorites bruscetta. While the tomatoes and vinegarette were decent, the bread was quite soggy, which left a lot to be desired. Our entrees consisted of a couple of simple dishes: spaghetti with a meatball and baked penne with a meat sauce. The noodles in the penne were very overcooked, the cheese tasted like liquid cheese from a jar, and the sauce was way too sweet on both dishes. My wife only ate 1/3 of her dish, and I wasn't able to finish mine. We were hoping to try dessert, but felt we had already spent enough on subpar food. I rarely leave reviews and almost never leave a negative one, but we felt a review was necessary. I would honestly rather eat at a Fazolis than go back to Bella Milano.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. However, today I was told there was a 25-30 minute wait for a table when I tried to have lunch. I was told it was the same wait for a high top table and the bar. The bar was empty and there were empty high top tables that were set, empty tables in the restaurant, and NO ONE WAITING. I walked out and sadly BM has lost my business. I was blatantly lied to by the rude hostess who wouldn't even look me in the face. Nice way to treat long time customers.
Edit: Funny of the owner to ASSUME I was posting a review at the hostess stand, which I was not. I was looking up to see when my next appointment was to see if I had time to wait. The hostess did NOT at any point explain you were short staffed, she said you did not have any tables open (yet looking around there were plenty open). Those are two very different things. She was very dismissive. But thanks for solidifying my decision not to patronize your restaurant any longer. I have been a long time customer since you opened the Springfield location. That ends today.
Used to go here a lot. Have tried it several times recently and it's pretty ok. Got it to go and went in to pick it up and was handed what clearly wasn't our complete order. I asked them to double check it and they took it away and came back and said they checked EVERYTHING again and it was all there. Got home... it wasn't. Disappointing.
