Any salad is wonderful! From a dinner salad to a Spinach salad, the dressing is so good and to top it off try the salad sprinkles. I prefer thin crust pizza and love the pasta, without mushrooms! Its a neighborhood local place. Most everybody knows your name!

A hidden gem among the Springfield restaurant scene. There is a varied menu, which included pizza, salad, burgers, and Springfield's classic horseshoe! Friendly staff, plenty of seating, and relaxed atmosphere.

This place is practically famous around here. I'm not sure if it was because of that reputation, but we were let down. I'd 100% skip the thin crust. I love the idea of sourdough crust and I love a thicker crust so that was good! It had a good amount of cheese too. None of us cared for the sauce. It had a more acidic, thinner, fermented taste. Neither pizza had slices fully cut which was a pain when grabbing them. The potato skins were okay. Overall decent prices. Really cute place (on the outside at least). Would only return for the sourdough.

Waited 20 minutes in line for pizza pickup. I was late according to the pickup time I was quoted. Paid at the window. They said would be ready in 2 minutes. Drive around should be ready when you get back. I drove around, six cars ahead of me. Sat motionless for 10 minutes. People were obviously waiting at the window until their pizza was ready. Finally got to the pickup window again after 20 minutes and .was told that my pizza had just come out. Well it had come out but at least 15 minutes ago. It was cold.

Bernie and Betty's is a staple in the field and for good reason. Whoever gives this place anything less than a 4/5 had a lapse in judgement and had a one off experience. We ordered: Jalapeño Poppers 8/10 Potato Skins 6.5/10 (didn't have a whole lot of flavor) Pepperoni Thin Crust 8/10 Sausage & Bacon Sourdough 8/10 All meats sourdough 9/10 (my personal pizza) First off allow me to preface that our waitress was super nice. Never caught her name but she was lovely and very attentive! Second, we didn't come to try appetizers but we had just finished a workout and hadn't ate all day so we wanted some extra calories. The decor: very tavern style, intimate with tables close to each other, a bar area, a gaming area, and a private room. The appetizers: A very run of the mill appetizer set up for a pizza place, we ended up snagging some jalapeño poppers which were good we enjoyed them we also grabbed up some potato skins as a random pick. The potato skins are definitely missing a few things, namely any flavor. We wanted to finish them but we decided on not and having one of my friends take it home. Might need a little salt and pepper! The main grub: It's not my first time eating B&B's but it was one of the best times for sure. I don't know if it was the fact that I've only done take out or what but whoever cooked this today was crazy good. And we all agreed our food was above average. If not great. The spices and flavor from the sourdough pizzas were nice and filling. Would recommended. 4/5 or 8.73/10
