I learned about this place during the 2023 Vegan Chef Challenge 😊 They recently came out with a ton of awesome vegan breakfast options, and they have some vegan sweets! Everything is sooooo good. Try the tomato potatoes, they're incredible! The staff is friendly, but the wait is usually pretty long (understandable), and they often run out of things. But a great experience otherwise! Update as of 10/19/2024: Every time I come here, my experience is worse than the last. Wait times are longer and longer, I pay for extras that are forgotten or my order is just completely wrong, and they've taken almost everything vegan off the menu. They participated in the 2024 VCC but I'm incredibly disappointed in the options - they were so medicore or even bad that I didn't finish them. Extremely disappointed, because I used to love this place. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-19

A group of 8 of us are here in the area for a wedding. We were looking for a nice place to meet for brunch. Three Twigs was a perfect spot. The food portions were great, service was great and food was great. It's always nice to go to a new town and find a new favorite food spot. This is it!

The price was not bad, considering the portion sizes. The only issue I had was everything was extremely salty. With that being said, I’m not big on salt. Therefore the issue may not be with how the food was prepared, but more or less my taste buds.

Went for a late breakfast. I ordered pancakes and bacon. My wife had scrambled eggs and tomato potatoes. The pancakes were thin and somewhat hard rather then fluffy and were served in a basket (like French fries) which made them a bit difficult to eat. The bacon was good. My wife's scrambled eggs were OK, but the potatoes were not flavorful. In short, there are a lot of restaurants in Springfield that are better for breakfast.

8/7/2024: We decided to try this restaurant again. My wife had a biscuit with straeberry jame and a cup of fruit. She said it was very good. I had the biscuit and gravy with a side of bacon. the bacon was good, but the biscuit and gravy was on the spicy side and left a bitter aftertaste.

I don't typically write reviews, but this place stands out, to me. After paying $17 for 1 piece of avocado toast, I was taken aback when I sat on the patio waiting for my food and it came out with no Silverware and no napkin! The server told me I needed to walk back inside to get it myself, SHE WALKED PAST IT BRINGING ME THE PLATE! Had I not prepaid for my food (overpriced but vegan enough) I would've walked out. SERVICE MATTERS

The best homemade biscuits and gravy in town! I love that they change up their seasonal coffee drinks and all their homemade pastries look to die for! Highly recommend, this place is amazing! ✨

Everything scratch made and it’s a better choice for my belly! I love their lattes and fried chicken! They also have gluten free and vegan options!

I've heard good things so I went but ended up not eating so I'm not rating food or service, just atmosphere & general rating. Menu was small and seemed to lack "standard" breakfast options. Prices are higher than many places too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on one level and the doors are wide enough for wheelchairs.

Food: Extremely high calorie food that does not taste any special. I’m sure each biscuit alone is over 500 calories let alone all the additives on top. Food is overpriced. Better off making your own biscuits and eggs at home.

Bakery always has limited desserts and are always out. Not to mentioned the price of the desserts is ridiculous.

Hours of the restaurant are terrible. They close at 2 pm? What?!?!

Atmosphere is nice and there is plenty of empty space. There is so much potential for this restaurant with the amount of space they have. Wishing the restaurant good luck in future but we will definitely not be dining here again.

Gave it multiple tries. But this place is slow as dirt and not worth hour plus long wait..... Always running out of the thing you want. Pastries taste like sugar and nothing else. Potato tomatoes nasty, taste like deep fried vinegar. Restaurant cant keep open consistent hours..Food quality inconsistent as well. Dead gnats on windowsill last time I went. Smh for the high price point just go to Luminary.
P.s. to the owner/s the way you respond to concerned customers is highly unprofessional!! Anyone who is in hospitality industry should know better ?

Ordered 1 item to go. Traditional Flapjacks. Took over 45 minutes. My wife and I just sat there like idiots. Wasn’t crowded either. It’s now 4 mishaps at this place. The ladies up front are more frazzle dazzle than output. Done-zo coming to this place and it’s 8 dollar pie slices.
