Blue Margaritas Mexican Bar & Grill

This is always my go to restaurant for Mexican! The food is always exceptionally good and they get it to you quickly, plus the service is top notch! I think every time I have gone in, Arturo has been working! He is such a hard worker and fantastic with the customers!

Great food and service. Margaritas are especially good. I would highly recommend dining here.

We all loved it! Best queso fundito I’ve had ANYWHERE. The servers were great. The atmosphere was amazing. We had street tacos and 2 other types of tacos. The meat was fantastic! I wish I was coming back. This is the best restaurant I ate at in Springfield. Go!

This is such a hidden diamond! The only thing is missing is more customers. Come one, let’s show the owners how much we appreciate their quick service and kind servers. The queso and margaritas are fire! Can’t beat the prices. No waiting on July 3rd.

I had never been here before and decided to give it a shot with my bf. The interior was very nice and we were excited to get our food and drinks. The food was SO disappointing. My Chori Pollo was EXTREMELY overcooked and dry. There was practically no cheese and i was having trouble swallowing my food because of how dry it was. My bfs burrito had beef in it that had a really unpleasant aftertaste. It tasted like school cafeteria beef. Both of us barely ate half of our (EXTREMELY SMALL) potions and very nicely mentioned to our server that our food was not good and we were really disappointed. The server didn't offer for us to speak to a higher up or try to make it right in any way, she simply gave us our check. We spent over $50 on food we didn't even eat. It wasn't even good enough to take the leftovers home. We will NEVER come back here. There are MANY other Mexican options in Springfield that are way better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First time here. Loved everything. Sat outside on the patio. Wasn’t busy when we went at 4pm. Food was amazing and definitely suggest the margarita flight. Favorite part was the fried ice cream. And friendly service.
