Always get a good breakfast here occasionally have lunch or dinner always good. Over all the visits the only problem I ever had was soup we ordered to take home through call in. Chicken noodle it had no broth in a quart container when I mentioned it they took care of it immediately.

Our hamburger sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Food was served after 30 minutes. I ordered cranberry chicken pecan salad. No pecans were in the salad. No bread available with the salad (it typically comes with banana bread) but when I checked out there were at least 20 packages of sliced banana bread. If the waitress were on top of her game she would have opened a package and given to us. Waitress threw bill on table and kept walking. Would not recommend

Not sure what you can add to the phrase Bob Evans. It is what it is. A highway staple. Reliable, dependable and acceptable. It's a chain so you get what you get. Service was good atmosphere was clean. Food was enjoyably predictable. Bob Evans, what you see is what you get.

Sunday at noon, the waitress attending us was friendly and polite. The main issue was that there were 2 other tables that were served before we were even though we arrived earlier and placed our order before both other tables. We were on a road trip, and we thought it would set us back 1 hr instead it set us back 2 hrs. Staff was kind friendly but the kitchen lacked personnel as our order came out in three different sections. Coffee was cool instead of hot. If some one wants French vanilla creamer and other party at the table wants half and half you need to ask for it upfront when you first sit down. 2 hotsauces are available Frank's and Tabasco must ask for both we were about half way done eating by the time they brought out the sauces. County gravey had decent flavor but was a dark gravey. I am used to white Country Gravey. Short wait time to be seated that was the beat of the visit as a few minutes later a few after us were told 15 to 20 min for a table. Tables inside were available-may have been due to party size needing a larger table.

A 15 minute wait for the server to acknowledge that we'd been seated is not a precursor to a pleasant experience. The server got our orders but we didn't get everything we ordered. The staff was loudly talking smack to each other and to the kitchen staff, which shows that they don't understand the word "teamwork " and the food sat in the window for way too long. Dried out steak and broccoli that tasted moldy. Having never been to a Bob Evans, I was excited to try it. Very disappointing. Probably won't be back.

Bob Evans is my favorite restaurant. I don't want it to go out of business.

Decided not to cook Thanksgiving dinner this yr, and looked around for some place to get a good holiday meal, so I chose the Bob Evans Thanksgiving Holiday Meal deal with all of the trimmings--- will pick it up tomorrow and then I will be able to tell you more about it--- I do know there wasn't a lot of selections outside of the traditional holiday meal to choose from and they do not allow substitutions... I chose the $124 deal and with tax, it came to $137.18... So I will say more, later---

The breakfast was horrible. The bacon was undercooked. On top of that the entire breakfast for two people was over $40. I go over to Clocktower Café and it’s only 32 for the exact same thing..
