Had dinner at this BBW last Sunday. There were 9 of us. Had the best service I have had in a long time from our server, Nathan. He was smiling, repeated all of our orders back, kept our drinks filled and was just great. Orders were all correct and food was great, but I would go back even if it wasn’t because of the service. Thank you, Nathan!
I am shocked this restaurant is still open under the current management. Tonight was the last straw for me. Multiple orders were wrong, and the time it took to correct those orders were unacceptable. Our party was there for 1.5 hours before the food came out, and it took numerous attempts to get it right. Then another 20 minutes to get our bill. Can’t believe BWW is still open. Prices are high, food is poor quality and wait times are ridiculous. The menu has been reduced to bare bones. Buzztime trivia was taken away some time ago, which was a huge draw to the restaurant. Our family used to go at least once a week, but now we have stopped going. We really miss the old Buffalo.
