Walked in and seated at a dirty table with crumbs. Food lukewarm, drinks watered down, server was inattentive (during a non busy time) no silverware, no napkins, no straws. A different server got our silverware and napkins. Overall experience was poor.

We were there today. Our waitress took our drink and sampler platter order. Came back for our entree orders. We never saw our waitress until 10 minutes before we left.
I walked around the restaurant looking for our waitress with no luck. A young man waiter asked if we needed our waitress and we said yes. He went to find her and I can only guess he couldn't find her because she never came. This young man made sure we recieved the items we ordered. And we were appreciative but the food was luke warm.
We were seated in the 1st booth where I had perfect view of the food window and watched the same food sit and die in the window. I watched cooks dump food from one tray to another.
If it weren't for the young man we would have left before our food.
We are from litchfield so we will go to the edwardsville restaurant going forward.

We got a table sat ungreeted for 15 mins, then ordered drinks another 20mins later those arrived. We for football, never will I do this again. Horrible experience. Went on Saturday the 8th to celebrate a birthday. Party of 8 and the short gentleman who greeted us told us it would be 45 minute wait. Many open tables. When a member of the party mentioned they called to say we were coming, he quickly found a bar table for us all. By the time we made a drink order, four draft beers and lemonades, it took 15-20 minutes to get to the table. Order was placed and a member of the party ordered fries as an appetizer. That took 35 minutes to get out of the kitchen. Just over an hour for the food and one entree was forgotten. Which took about 15 more minutes. When a member of the party asked for ranch, he seemed upset and harshly placed it on the table and slid it across.
Many off duty employees were running around, in and out of the kitchen. Tables left with dishes on them. No bussing.
Never saw a manager at all. Iâm sure they must have been short handed, but the experience was overall pitiful. As a restaurant manager of 30 years, it was sad to have this kind of experience.
My recommendation, when the restaurant is running short staffed, either off duty employees change out of their uniform and stay out of the kitchen/bar area and Togo area. It was evident there was zero leadership at this location.

It was my daughterâs 17th birthday and she picked BWWs for dinner with 3 friends. We got there at 6:00 and it was not busy. We did not get our food until 7:15. But it was only half of our orders. They were still working on the rest. Food was average. The waiter came back at one point and asked what else we were waiting on. They gave one order to another table. By the time I received my food everyone was done. We just left because it wasnât even right. We will not be returning!

I really wish this was a good experience but it was not. We normally love it here and love watching all games on the tv. Unfortunately we ordered our food and waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. ALL of our food was cold. We paid 2 dollars for a tablespoon of Guac. Half of the order was also incorrect. We sent back one of the meals because it came out first and it was incorrect. They sent back THE SAME PLATE TWICE. Hoping we just came here on an off night and this is NOT how it is now.

Experience is so great, that I am still here as I write this. Watching the WS, and they put the game on restaurant sound! So everyone is/was engaged. My waitress Jayla is awesome, and very attentive! My wings came out PERFECT! Extra crispy, parm garlic, flats only. Side salad, in big bowl so it's easy to mix. Everything came out just as I ordered. Great service! Very pleased with my experience. Will definitely be my wing spot here out West!
Just made a takeout order, was told that they were waiting on â fresh bonelessâ but when I took a bite they were no where near fresh. Also I got 2 of the boneless wings with the wrong sauce. The fries also cold. Thanks for the shitty dinner Buffalo Wild Wings

My daughter and I stopped in on the way through town for a late lunch. We were 2 of 4 people in the place. The order took around 20 minutes, and then mine was completely wrong. I did not send it back, because what they brought, looked good also. Both my daughter's fries, and mine were cold when they came out.

Shit service!!!! ordered online said pick up time was 7:20 got there a few before what a mistake food wasnât even ready till I started to complain took then it magically itâs ready in 2 minutes to be ready while other people who where there before me said they had been there sense 7 still waiting at 7:45. Worst service you as a buisness should either call the pepole and let them know itâs gonna take longer or start giving out partial refunds or coupons. Who ever the host is should not be working there after I complained and talked to manger I could here her saying âjust get his food and get him out of hereâ I head her say it multiple times. I will never be coming back here!!! Food was good tho thatâs about it

First, our waitress was great, she got hit with a huge group all at once and did her best to try to get our orders right. There were a few mistakes but nothing terrible. The biggest issue was the wait time, for some people it was > 1 hour to get their drink. We have been to many restaurants as a team and they always have the group split between several servers, not this BWWs. She had to handle our group of 25+ by herself. The food was BWWs, the atmosphere was the same as always, but they dont handle large groups at all. For an area which is about to get hit by all the teams from Scheels new facility, they need to figure out how to handle sports teams and fast. Thank you to our waitress, she was great, but she really needed help from her coworkers or split the tables up between multiple servers.
