3rd time ordering online with them and it's always horrible. Arrived 20 minutes after I ordered at the time I was told to pick up. I was told 5-10 minutes more I sat and waited 20 and asked what was going on with my food I was told they just dropped a part of my order and it would be 5-10 more minutes. Long story short I sat inside 30 minutes after arriving at my set time food was cold and not good.

I waited 1.5 hours for my food. And then it came out cold. If they offered my meal for free in the future I still wouldn’t come here. We told them to bring out food as it’s made and we don’t care if it doesn’t come out as one. This place will live in infamy as the worst experience I’ve ever had. Which is sadly, pretty standard for Buffalo Wild Wings. A terrible experience with terrible service and cold food. STAY AWAY

I'm going to start by saying, we've ordered the same thing for YEARS. The last time I ate here, I was very disappointed. The food was barely warm and it tasted NASTY. I don't know what happened or if the company changed their recipe to the Garlic Parmesan sauce .. but it wasn't right, that's for sure. I plan to take my son there again because it's his favorite place and I will most definitely say something this time if it doesn't meet my standards. Stay tuned!

Severely disappointed came here for lunch at 11:45 ordered non alcoholic beverages and appetizers and 2 entrees only for the appetizers to be cold like they have been sitting which makes sense because we waited 40 minutes and didn’t get our drinks until after we got our appetizers and by the hour marker I had to cancel my main entree. We left at 12:56……While we waited we also witnessed a server throw a Togo order at two women! You may ask yourself how much did this train wreck of an experience cost…$ 30.47… my advice is do not go here…. And the server asked some construction workers what they wanted her to do about it I’m assuming because they were also getting the same treatment or like the other table diagonal from us that had nothing but forgotten and cold food…but to answer your server we expect you to do your job ma’am……..

Not sure if they changed the ranch, but whatever kind they had tonight was AWFUL tasted either like something was bad in it or it came straight out the sysco gallon bottle! Horrible and basically ruined the entire meal because we like ranch with the onion rings, the fries and the wings! The bacon on my bacon cheeseburger was Black it was so overcooked and I didn’t even ask for it to be crispy lol Bacon cheese fries were great except the ranch and the wings were good too except yep you guessed it! The ranch! Service was good considering it was around 1030 pm on a saturday and i’m sure they were working on closing sidework, and there wasn’t but maybe six total tables inside, she did good job drinks were kept refilled and she checked back several times! At least we had good service!
