We sat at the bar and our server / bartender was Jazz. She is awesome. Super friendly and very professional. I suggest asking for her next time you visit this place.

Came here to grab some food, and got a first hand view of shrinkflation at work--- prices have definitely gone up, but take out portion servings are so much more smaller now---- a couple things we ordered weren't quite right that we had ordered, but not enough to argue with management and have to come way back over there to correct... The bathrooms were clean, the dinner area was clean, not sure how clean the kitchen was as I didn't get to go back there... The servers were friendly... Outside of the food issues it was an ok experience....

We had Aliyah tonight and the service was awful awful awful she paid more attention to her eight table then she did her other tables I had to ask a different waitress for things cause she wouldn’t check on us then it took 20 mins before we could get our check after we were done eating cause we had to ask for it

Every time I eat here it’s timely and polite service with nice crisp wings, but EVERY TIME I DASH HERE ITS A FU—ING 30 PLUS MINUTE WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Tables not that full I see a full enough crew in front cuz I can’t see kitchen crew.

Only 4 tables in the restaurant had ppl at it. Our order went on for drinks and appetizers. We got our drinks and they take our order. Took an hours and a half to bring the chicken. We had 4 ppl. Never got the appetizers, hot wings sauce was no good is was awful and tasted bad. Asked for it to be just taken off our bill along with the appetizers we never got. Our waitress asked if we just paid the bill and get a credit. We don't even live in Springfield. They only took off a portion and only 2 ppl where able to eat and they charged us 55.87. they didn't even try to make it better with us just oh well

Our server Sky took our order rather quickly witch was great but didn't come back to our table until it was time to pay the bill . 2 other nice servers and or kitchen personnel brought my wife and I our food and refills while our server (sky) sat on her ass talking to her friend 2 tables down from us. Thank you to the staff that did her job and I'm sorry that u have to carry her work load .

You'd think with wing in the name of the business the actual wings would be better. Cheese curds, burgers & tots were all AMAZING! The wings aka chicken nuggets were dry, hard & luke warm at best. It was already late so we didn't complain. Our server Skye was great!
