While the people here are apologetic and nice, the service is ABYSMAL… idk how a reputable brand such as Burger King would allow such horrible service but it’s just ridiculous, I’ve had the pleasure of ordering from this Burger King three times since working in Springfield and I don’t believe I will ever return. All three times I had the same issue, the first time I ordered through the app and when I pulled up they said they couldn’t find my order so I waited 10 minutes for the manager to come up and say “sorry we bumped your order before it was finished what’d you have again” so they bumped my order off the screen before it was done and didn’t even know what I had ordered 20-30 minutes after the initial order was placed. So I had to wait, the second time I got a TOTALLY WRONG order and had to return to have my food remade, this most recent one was the worst, after a few months of not going I decided to give it a try again so I ordered on the app again, and went in at the EXACT time my food was supposed to be ready, got through the drive through with no problem but then when I get to the window they have me pull up because my food isn’t ready mind you all I got was a whopper, fried pickles, and onion rings, they said they were waiting on onion rings, no problem, I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, so I parked behind the building where they have you wait, 15 minutes pass and I then have to go into the building because I’m on lunch break and can’t wait any longer, just to be greeted by 4 other customers trying to get an order fixed, one requesting a refund and the other three waiting for their food, all while they’re still taking orders through the drive through and front desk, I saw about 10 people served food before I was even addressed, the lady asked my name and handed me my order that was COMPLETELY COLD…. I would totally understand if it was busy there, but there was MAYBE 20 customers, I’ve worked in the food industry in a restaurant setting serving 40+ people at a time as a cook and waiter, so the ideal that this Burger King can’t service 20 customers is insane… SHUT IT DOWN.

Burger King used to be one of my favorite places, but their service has really went down hill. They don't listen to what you order and always make mistakes 😒

Whoever the miss is that has 4 out of 10 completed fingernails, needs a different job. Placing a 3 item order through the drive through she said “come on” and “oh my god” thru the mic like I was just the worst thing she’s had had to with. Then after paying she just lays by the window and starts playing on her phone. If you hate your job so much. Go somewhere else.

It's burger king. What else do you expect.
Half the time my order is wrong, but it's not a huge deal. My double whopper is occasionally missing the second patty that's why it's not 5*

Came in for breakfast at 8am on a Thursday morning. Came into the lobby. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any employee in any way. There was a girl standing with her back to the counter, leaning against some equipment, watching a video on her phone. I could read the tattoo visible on her waist. I heard the video. She even turned her head. After a few minutes I turned around and walked out. Didn't order. Didn't get served. Won't be back.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude to the customer in front of me, and after taking his order refused serve anyone else in the restaurant. The only people there were the guy in front of me, me, and a family that had just walked in, when the family walked in, she proceeded to say "aw hell nah I'm not dealing with this" and proceeded to go outside through the back and lock the front entrance so noone else could get in, barely anyone was inside, it wasn't busy at all, but I guess that was too much to handle for her.

Almost the entire crew looked like they were whacked out of their minds. Went there after shopping because we wanted something “fast” well an hour and a half later we are finally leaving. They send a drug dog through that place, it will probably get unalived by the fentanyl dust in the air.
