The drive thru lady with the eye brow tattoo was rude and disrespectful. Her resting angry face made me feel she was to good to be their and she had somewhere better to be. When I asked for my receipt(work cc) she crumbled it up and put in my bag instead handing it to me back with my cc.

They should close this place down. The short lady with blonde hair and tattoos is very rude. The hours are from 530am till 1130. Went to the drive thru at 6am and was there for 8 minutes and no one answered the drive thru. Over the past 2 months over a half dozen times no one is answering the drive thru speaker, and it's well after 6am. The times that I do get my order, it's the blonde hair lady with a very bad attitude. She should find a job that does not require her interacting with the public.

Most reasonably priced fast food in Springfield other than taco bell. Make sure you get the app on your phone as it will save you a bunch of money. My only real complaint would be that the fries aren't great but with the app you get a free large fry if you spend a dollar so I can't really complain too much about free frys even if they taste like cardboard. I love the Whopper it's just a great sandwich for the price.
