If I could I would not even leave one star! Such a horrible service! The people at night shifts does not take order or show up, multiple times we went at midnight and they did not show up nor at the window nor at the speaker for drive thru! Very disappointing!!! Close it at 9 of you can’t work the working hours!

I placed a mobile order went through the drive thru for pickup. Was told the drive thru was closed and I would have to come in. Drove back around and parked and went in. The counter person was rude, I left the building and as I was getting in my car, another person went through the drive thru and they took their order and told them to drive to the window........

Usually when I come here with my daughter I don’t have any issues. But today was different. One of the cooks that was fixing my impossible whopper was Practicing unclean preparation with food. Caught him busting pimples on his face with gloves, then with the same gloves fixing and touching folks food with the hand he was busting pimples with. Gross behavior!!!!!! Had to tell a manager and ask for another impossible to made by another cook. Preferably the manager himself. Which the manager was very understanding. Manager did say something to the guy. # 1 reason you have to make sure you are watching how your food is being prep.

After i show up and we establish that the order has not gone out yet, we start cookijg chicken and making the food for the delivery. Nobody seems to be paying attention or cares.
A worker there, I think her name was Gracie, she was the sweetest young lady. She made my whole experience amazing just by her attitude. Best visit I've had there ever! Kudos to Gracie! I sure hope they're moving you up in the company. You sure do deserve it!
