So after having 3 shitty .visits to north dirksen. I said I was done .with burger wap .but lordy lordy Tasha grt manager .jaira cashier. And Tim sandwich extraordinaire. They listened to out order .perfectly. and tim made our sandwiches. Tasty ....I spent a few yrs working at diff locations. I was tought to make those sandwiches. The way u would want them .tim does a grt job .will stick with south dirksen location

Uber eats brought me burnt cold food and no straws can't blame driver I don't live far and it was delivered in a manner time burger King seems to be greedy with sauces and napkins because didn't get but one zesty sauce and no napkins guess not everyone uses napkins

Sunday @640pm on October 12th 2025, a light skinned sister looks around 40 plus plus years, looking hung over like she been at the Elks drinking all night, was talking about a social media post, and gave me some day old French fries, when i asked for ketchup she said its in there and slammed the window, all while the manager was close by. Horrible service and food, from a rough looking burnt out customer service person.

They got our order wrong twice. Service there was one lady that was rude the rest were nice and apologetic. And I think you should eat here in the mornings. Although they did male me wait around 30 to 40 minuits
