Got cold food from the drive through. Asked staff to remake order because it was cold cook became rude, belligerent, and very hostile will never go back.

I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good.
I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family.
He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up.
Amazing customer service and the food was really good.
I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!!

Crazy new place now... The parking lot is crazy how it's designed to not handle the crowd of cars.... The parking is really terrible and if you're caught in your parking spot, and there's a long line in the drive thru, you almost have an argument with ppl that's in the drive thru, but are blocking the ppl that's parked in parking spots simply asking ppl if they will let you back outta the parking spot to leave, you get ignored... Food has also changed, the food was cooked very hard, portions were smaller, and the experience was a huge difference than from across the street, B4 the fire...

Was in shock because I ordered a mcflurry on the app and figured when I got there they would say the ice cream machine was broke and they couldn't make it. But when I got there it was made and ready for me, it just had WAY too many m&ms in it. Service was good and drive thru line was short so I was done quickly

It’s just ok, the shrimp was large. The taste was nothing to write home about. They also put this dry rub on your chicken and fries that’s just not tasty at all. Save your money!
