The food is good, the service is fast, friendliness.....not so much of that.
This is strictly a chicken place and not many choices on the menu. But for fast food it's fine.

Food was what I expected. Tenders tasted like they hand bread and fry a decent stock but not so much they just sit under heat lamps all day. Crinkle fries were run of the mill. Canes sauce was pretty good my girl also got the honey mustard to have a backup in case we didn't like it and it was honestly the opposite because the honey mustard was trash. A little overpriced for what it is but the service was fast and really friendly along with well thought out packaging going as far as vents in the bag and the same sized styrofoam containers lock together so I can see that being part of the price.

Manager is rude and professional. Went through drive thru and bought a couple meals which I got. However purchased an extra sauce and the staff forgot to bag it. Checked meal before pulling out of property, noticed the mistake which was an understandable one. When I told the driver thru attendant she didn’t even respond. She waited for the manager (who was bagging the food) to come help me. When I told him I was missing the sauce he tried to charge me again! He said “okay that’ll be 45 cents” without even looking at me. I said I already purchased it I was just coming in because it wasn’t in the bag (in the most nonchalant way) with the rudest voice he turned and said “okay I just bagged your food but I’ll let you have one” he dropped it in my hand. Why would I lie and waste my time to walk in when I opted for a drive thru. And why would he not just give me a sauce if it was so minute. Hope he gets a lesson in service

I never leave bad reviews but oh my gosh Cane’s drive thru is consistently the rudest drive thru I’ve been to. They always sound annoyed and ask “is that it” after every single thing that’s ordered, half the time interrupting me as I’m ordering.

Reports from employees of seeing bed bugs at this location and nothing has been done about it. Won’t be back.

Bread was white on 1 side the other soggy with oil not toasted at all. Sauce is always way to salty. Chicken is good fresh hot n not dry the coleslaw dry no flavor

Good food and decor the only downsides is it's a bit pricey especially if you're ordering for like a family and not sure if it's the sauce or something else but let's just say I wouldn't plan anything afterwards as you'll be in the bathroom for a few hours. Also they're coleslaw must be really good because they seem to always be out of it everytime me and my friend go there

Tried to order online at 1030 it wouldn't let you went to order inside you could tell workers weren't happy I came in before close they were ready to go home. Food was awful spend over $40 and couldn't eat it everything was old chicken was hard

Went here for the first time with my girlfriend and definitely enjoyed it. The hype over this place was a bit blown out of proportion, but we still enjoyed the experience nevertheless. The signature sauce was also hyped up, but we both found it to be delicious. We will enjoy this place again at a later time
