My first time here, some prices not listed, I have been told how great of a chicken place this is but they dont even have a spicy chicken sandwich? Also the person in drive thru in front of me crumpled up there receipt seconds after getting it and threw it out the window into the drive thru lane so I picked it up and didnt see a garbage ahead so I tried to give it to the young girl at the 2nd window to throw out and she wouldnt take it after I told her what it was, what is the deal...

Website states open at 10am. We arrived at 10:15, entire parking lot closed off. Drove around the building to exit the area. The entire staff was outside taking photos. Off to Chick-fil-A for food.

I came from out of town and was looking forward to stopping here for dinner. I was at the drive thru placing an order and I was told that this location was out of toast and to substitute it, I could get extra fries or coleslaw. One of my meals did not come with extra fries which I asked for, I was charged for extra sauce and didn't not receive it, I also didn't receive any napkins or silverware. When I went back inside to get extra sauce, napkins and silverware, I saw that one of the cooks was making toast and when I asked the cashier about it, she said that they are only giving toast to mobile orders and not carryout orders. I am really disappointed with the service and especially being lied to. It's unfair that mobile orders were only allowed to get toast but carryout orders couldn't and they did not seem apologetic or try to make it right. I won't be coming back to this location.
