I’ve been visiting this location more consistently over the past few months because of how reliable the service is. The environment is calm, which allows me to get my work done, and the manager and team are consistently top-notch when it comes to guest experience. Special shoutout to Ashley for leading the team and ensuring guests are genuinely taken care of. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great time and a place to chill and get work done.

The Hy-Vee Caribou is a wonderful place to go. They have the nicest people and when it comes to me using my app they are always so helpful because there are times I just totally don’t remember to use it and then I do and then I can’t figure it out. But they are always so nice about everything and so helpful. The drinks are great. I love the turtle mocha and the funny part is I’m not a coffee person, but I really enjoy that drink. For those of you who have been to the Caribou Hy-Vee in Springfield Illinois you know what a great place it is and those of you who haven’t you need to give it a try. You will not be disappointed .
