The Hy-Vee Caribou is a wonderful place to go. They have the nicest people and when it comes to me using my app they are always so helpful because there are times I just totally don’t remember to use it and then I do and then I can’t figure it out. But they are always so nice about everything and so helpful. The drinks are great. I love the turtle mocha and the funny part is I’m not a coffee person, but I really enjoy that drink. For those of you who have been to the Caribou Hy-Vee in Springfield Illinois you know what a great place it is and those of you who haven’t you need to give it a try. You will not be disappointed .

A great classic coffee shop. The staff were friendly and made a great iced mocha. The selection of coffee for at home use was also great.
Parking: Lots of parking very easy. The shop is connected to a gas station so you can also get gas.
Surprisingly delicious and fairly priced. Orders came up quickly and we were greeted and treated very well!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but here we go. I went to get a coffee around 11:30am on a Sunday. Both online and on the door said they were open. I sat in the drive thru for 5+ minutes with no response. Then I checked both doors and they were locked. It looked like 2 employees were just sitting inside talking. They didn’t acknowledge me or anything. If they weren’t open they should’ve had a note on the door stating that? At least one other person tried the door when I was there too. If your hours are incorrect, update them.
