Long time no see! I had not been to a Caribou Coffee since they closed and rebranded all their locations in Chicago years ago. Was it a decade ago or longer? Friendly staff and a cool place to sit down, relax, drink your coffee or play a board game on one of the big welcoming community tables.Kid-friendliness: You can sit with your kid at a community table and play board games or do a read aloud.

The service and Caribou Coffee in Springfield exceed expectations, making it the best chain coffee I've come across. This establishment comes highly recommended. With ownership of Hy-Vee in its grasp,

It's in a nice neighborhood. The coffee was amazing and the store was small and cozy. I could taste that the beans were of good quality and the milk was frothed just right.

The wife and I had breakfast that consisted of I had biscuits and gravy they were good. My wife had a vegetable omelet the tomatoes were cold some of the other vegetables weren't cooked either the slab of cheese was on top of omelet instead of inside. The potatoes that came with it were overly big and thick and warm not hot. The 2 pancakes that came with it the one on top was cook the bottom one was not cooked and was gooey. Did not complain because nobody came around to ask how our food was. So after we cleaned up our dishes we noticed her in the bar area looking at her phoneNeedless to say we won't be back.

This location has had their ovens broken for over 2 months now and even after their claimed fixing date, the ovens are still broken. This location is consistently out of something (a sandwich, pastry or topping for coffees).Otherwise, the employees are nice and coffee drinks are consistently well made!

One of my favorite if not my favorite coffee shop in the city here. The coffee flavors are creative and there are seasonal flavors too.Coffee is between $5-$8. Their chocolate covered coffee beans are to die for.Definitely my go to coffee shop!! Yumm

This location has had a broken oven for months. We enjoy Caribou's breakfast often, and unfortunately have been unable to. Also, the lack of breakfast muffins is quite negligible with only one muffin left at 1030 am, therefore, my husband and I shared one. The only reason I allotted 3 stars was due to the staff and delicious drinks. Unfortunately, due to lack of consistency of sandwiches, we will no longer be visiting this location.

My partner is obsessed with Caribou. We live in St Louis where there no Caribou thus we made a day trip to Springfield the closest one. This Caribou is true to the brand. Breakfast sandwiches as good as always. Coffee drinks were very strong so that's a plus. We highly recommend. Caribou needs to come to St. Louis! :)

This is nice coffee shop on the inside . But somehow the coffee didn’t meet my expectation. I was traveling thru and drove in off I-55 . Won’t do that again
