Excellent old school restaurant. I had a great filet and stuffed shrimp. It was outstanding! First time here and I will be back. Loved it ! You all need to bring this to Marion IL square. 5 star
This was my first time having steak at Chesapeake Seafood. Normally, I will go with one of the delicious platters, but I had been craving steak, and I heard theirs was good. I was so impressed! Not only did I get a perfectly cooked ribeye, medium-rare, but the special came with a lobster tail, all for $25.99. It was so much food, and I'm a big eater. \nI can't wait to have this special again, but I don't know that it is advertised.
The food is simply fantastic. Some of the best seafood dishes at a reasonable price one can find. The service is impeccable. The servers are very friendly & attentive to the customer. This is the 2nd time we've eaten there and one of the reasons when we came up to Springfield from St. Louis on Oct 21st to have dinner there. They also have an extensive Gluten Free menu
