There is a manager that is the biggest Karen. I swear she'd throw down over too many sauces. We purchased 5 entire meals and got 2 sauces. This isn't the first time the sauce nazi has struck. We've had this happen multiple times. Don't let the power to dole out condiments go to your head lady.

I really should give them at least 4 stars, because they helped me see something new that was pretty cool - I pulled in to the drive-thru and started a video of paint drying. I actually managed to finish the video before my food was ready. So big ups for the educational experience, although I don't think that was your intention.

Food is always consistently awesome and the service is amazing. Honestly compared to other fast food places they are on another lever when it comes to customer service. My only complaint is the parking lot is too crammed and always crowded but I guess that comes with the territory of being as awesome as they are.

Isn't the whole point of Chick-fil-A that the workers are supposed to polite? Everyone i interacted with was visibly angry and directly rude. They did not know what the new items were and ended up putting something wrong but close instead of actually finding the right items
