It's just chicken, bland expensive chicken at that. best thing on their menu with flavor is their lemonade and the spicy chicken sandwich. If you want chicken with flavor there not many choices in Springfield. Also a very congested location small parking lot with a lock in drive-thru lane.

I've tried the breakfast chicken biscuit and the lunch crispy chicken sandwich; and the breakfast chicken biscuit is definitely better. The chicken is the same which is very good and well cooked but those biscuits are to die for. The lunch sandwich was good, it came on a regular bun and pickles, I took the pickles off and added the chick fil a sauce, the sauce was ok I thought it tasted a bit like Russian dressing and something else.The lunch line fills up fast! I got there on a Wednesday at 10:30 ( when they switch from breakfast to lunch) and there was a line already. The line did move quickly and the person taking my payment was nice enough. The breakfast lines are way smaller, which is surprising because of how good those biscuit sandwiches are.Parking: Parking is a little bit messy, especially if you don't know what you're doing. Started taking my pickup order at speaker and then decided to stop, pulled up to window to get my pickup order and they made me pull around for 10-15 minutes in front of the building after waiting 25 minutes in the line, then proceeded to not give me utensils for my Macaroni and Cheese. Went inside for a spoon or fork and no condiment tables to be found, so I waited for help. 6-7 DoorDash drivers were given service before I could get a spoon. I ended up grabbing one and leaving.
