I went to Chili’s expecting a decent meal, but it was a complete disaster. The service was extremely slow, and after waiting forever, I never even got my food! Meanwhile, the rest of my table received their meals, and their food looked far from fresh—soggy , overcooked meat, and just overall unappetizing.

The only positive was that our waiter was friendly and tried their best, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I left hungry and frustrated. For the price and the wait, I expected way better.

I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for a reliable meal, go somewhere else!

Our first trip to Chili's in years. It really was a pleasure. With today's inflationary prices, we went to check out their bargain lunches. We both had one of their specials with tasty Big Smasher Burgers, great fries, a huge tray of thin and crispy chips and salsa, and a drink. Great, especially for the price. Nice staff and good tea as well.

If you ever eat at Chilis in Springfield, IL, you should ask for Patrick! He was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Very attentive and kind. We had been seeing ads for the $10.99 deal so we decided to check it out. The food was so good and such a good deal!

Honestly I was disappointed with my experience at this chills. I usually really love my experience at chills. When we go to other locations the service is amazing really nice staff and food always comes out quick even when it gets packed, but this time the service was just really below par. We sat at the bar this time and our server was pretty absent our meal and it took a long time for drinks to arrive, and it took us a while for our empty mugs and finished appetizers plates to get taken. We were the only people at the bar and don't know why we didn't see our server that much, the restaurant started
to empty and we still didn't see our server much. The food was good when we got it but when I got my triple dipper they only gave me one half full sauce container of ranch and had to ask twice to get the other sauces that were supposed to come with my triple dipper meal. Honestly just a little disappointed.

Came to the restaurant at 9PM on a Tuesday we stood at the front, one waiter told the other ” I don’t understand why people come around this time “ with an arrogant face right before us and after that, we didn’t wanna eat at this restaurant so we walked out. If we don’t want to serve people after 9 close the doors at 9 and don’t be unprofessional it was an old lady.

They were having multiple issues with POS system. I had 2 different gift cards that they were both declined. Waitress said both had $0 balance. So my husband gave them his card & it was declined. Waitress was going back & forth trying to fix things & had 2 tables walk out from not getting service. I gave her my card & it was declined also. Paid another way & left. Went to my car & called credit card to see what the problem was. They said there was no attempt from Chili's on either card. Went to grocery store & both cards work fine. I did a balance inquiry on the gift cards & both of them have money on them. So I called Chili's & ask to speak to a mgr. Spoke to Mike? & he kept saying "Hello" like he couldn't hear & then hung up. I called back & after holding for 11 minutes I hung up and called back & was told he was too busy to come to the phone right now. I could try later or just continue to hold.

Food is good, the waitresses didn't intermingle with us a lot(so no tip for you today).... The whole atmosphere is great, the place is very clean, friendly settings for gatherings... Could use more TV's....

Me and my family sat down to have a good meal at chili’s we come here quite often. This time was totally different. Our server was very nice that’s not the issue the food is the issue. The food was disgusting. We spoke with a manager he took off the food but gave nothing but attitude when asked to do so.
