White oaks needs more stores. In the last two-three Years I feel like the mall has gone down hill. I used to always shop at there. Now I find myself going to small boutiques. Many stores have left the mall not sure why..

I got the Mac N Cheese. It was VERY dry. The flavor was very bland. I didn't even eat it. My husband got the shrimp scampi. He said the shrimp was a little spicy. The flavor of the shrimp was fine but noodles were bland. Not worth $9.50 My son got Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. He said it was alright. The chicken was dry. Flavor was ok. The breadsticks are ok too. They taste like a doughnut without the sugar. None of our food was with the price. I was just going to give it a one star but my son said they should get at least two. People were friendly.

The mall is a fun place to go to but I was kind of upset at the Clair's store because the salesperson said that it was three for the price of one so we got six items for the "price of two" that was a lie we had to pay $39.67

It never fails! Every time we go to the mall my kid has to get on this. It's never crowded. The "gatekeeper" is always friendly. The ride is a nice amount of time. You are not rushed to get off. Even my husband and I enjoy riding with our child. Oh plus you can sign your child up for birthday special. We received a certificate in the mail allowing for my kid and 6 of her friends one free ride the month of her birthday! That was pretty cool.

The most horrible mall I've ever been to. The stores suck and it's so small. You would think with the city being so small and only having one mall to go to, it would have better stores.

This is not a review on the mall, but wanted to inform others that aren't local that the Victoria's Secret store IS NOT an outlet store. It kept popping up that it was when I was looking for things to do.

As big malls seem to closing White Oaks is doing just fine I've been shopping there since it opened mostly sears and spencers it's been the anchor for a huge shopping area which includes everything you would want the mall property is surrounded by restaurants and other types of services if you can't find what you want in the mall itself you only have to go less than a mile to find what your looking for.
Great mall, very beautiful. Great selection of stores and lots of food and entertainment options!

A smaller mall in Springfield, it has all the necessary shops you would expect from the mall. What it really seems to be lacking in is a decent food court. Lots of kids in the mall, but then again it was winter and not a lot to do in the area it would seem. I can tell you that the staff at the mall do a great job of keeping the place tidy and while I was at the mall a very nice gentleman made sure I was comfortable (a friendly smile and hello... what else do you need?) and even took my tray when I was done. If you are looking for a place with the basics, this is it. If you want to eat, go somewhere else.

Alright, this mall is an improvement from Peoria's! They offer a few more things that I have been missing including Teavana, H&M, and a Francesca's that has a lot more to offer than the one at Grand Prairie in Peoria. The location is great too so if you can't find something at the mall, there are several nearby stores you can still check out! Lots of restaurants too.
