Absolutely horrible customer service!! Order at your own risk. They will take your money and never deliver a thing and claim they weren't paid. Still waiting for a refund

I ordered Chinese food at 818pm and was told would be here in 45mins. Called again around 930 was told driver was in my area. Called again at 947 was told again driver was in my area and they would call me back or have the driver call(never did) Called again at 957 just before they closed was told again would call back needed to find driver. 1030 still no call back so called again this time told my card was never processed and order was never made even though the charge had already hit my bank account. Was told it would just show pending and would go away in 1-2business days. 2 days later the charge posted to my account so I called again and they still claimed they were never paid and can't do anything to contact my bank. Were able to confirm what my entire order was but offered 0 compensation or help just referred me elsewhere to wait longer on a refund from doing business with then on Aug 21st. I've been a loyal customer for over 4yrs at that location and will NEVER go back

If you were charged it'll come back in 1-2business days and we're closed to unable to do anything else. Not offering even so much as a 5.00 off your next order for the 3HOUR wait on a 45min order and misdirection on 3 separate calls! Was once a loyal customer every other week but will NEVER spend my money here again

I order here often on my way to work, half of the time the food is good. The other half of the time it tastes disgusting / rubbery. Regardless if the food is good or bad. 40% of the time everytime the food gives me digestion problems and I end up on the toliet multiple times in the next 24 hours. I dont know how they make there food but consistency is not their strong point. I recommend going elsewhere.
They a little slow but it's worth the wait..
