Terrible it looked like they where counted how many piece of steak I got and the portion was just tiny, I got more lettuce then anything
Never have I ever been told I will be charged for a little bit of extra rice. There was barely any rice in the bowl I got. All I wanted was a normal portion of rice and I got a half scoop and then the older blonde lady with glasses gave me attitude and told me she will charge me for a little bit of extra rice. Everyone else was okay but she does not belong in that position if she treats all of the customers with dirty looks and attitude.

Never have I been to a Chipotle that when they are portioning out your protein they took a scoop only put half on the burrito and put the other half back in the container claimed it was portion control. I lost my appetite and left the burrito did not purchase it because of the amount of protein and for the lack of customer service they provided.

I have had several quesadillas from chipotle, but never have I opened a container that looked like the pulled it out of the trash to find a crumpled up ball that looks like they wadded it up and threw it at the wall. The food also had large chunks of crumpled tin foil embedded in the cheese.

Messed up both items ordered through the app and refused to fix it even after being showed the burritos. Guess it’s off to qdoba.

How do you turn away a customer who showed you his email receipt and pending order in the app because the mobile order did not populate up in the system?

The person behind the counter did not listen. And there was somebody who left the store that was waiting on some fajita veggies, and then they were allowed to cut me and two other customers. They didn’t have guacamole. They didn’t have chimuchurri sauce. They were very underprepared. The person who rolled my burrito put beans on it. When I only asked for beans on my bowl specifically. The worker also gave me a ripped burrito. And it was fallen apart before I got home. This store is much worse then the North Dirksen one w service, portions and professionalism. Also were very stingy w queso that I paid for. By only putting some on a portion of my bowl. This service was awful.
Employees who clearly dont want to be working and take it out on the customer. They wont acknowledge their own mistakes like putting in brown rice immediately after you tell them white, putting in black beans right after you tell them none, or giving 4 pieces of meat and then refusing to give a full serving. Dont bother asking a second employee because all they will do is stare at you. Their only solution is to get mad you called them out, dump the mistake and start over by giving you half of what they did the first time

I walked into their store and it was filthy. Food all over counters. The soda machine was disgusting. Even the service line was filthy and I had just gotten there right when they opened. The trash cans were even nasty. I will not go back to this location.

I've never been here before but always wanted to try it. It was pretty good other than the price, which I didn't realize was pretty pricey. I would still come here again though.

Terrible service. 6 people in the store 5 cleaning one barely making food. Waited for a single bowl for 30 mins the time before this time it’s about the same! What’s more important customers or cleaning?
