This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They have a little lady with glasses that I've seen yell at customers, they always under portion your food, and all the workers sincerely do not care. This place needs a management AND employee change and quick

Jessica is the worst employee I've ever witnessed at any establishment. I used to eat here almost everyday and any day she was there all anyone would hear would be her yelling about customers whether it be in the back or right in the open. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. I will not be coming to this location anymore. The management team here also seems to support that type of behavior. You're in customer service, do better.

There was only one person working at the serving station. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally got to the front, and they told me they were out of chicken and needed to make more. They simply said, “We’re out of chicken, you can go.” In the 30 minutes I was waiting, they could have made a new batch of chicken, but they didn’t

I love Chipotle!! This Chipotle, I HATE! It's disgusting half the time, they never answer the phone, the lack of customer service is insane. They are forever under inventory or too lazy to make simple things like guacamole and salad dressing. The employee turnover rate is terrible. And this isn't based on a one time experience, they just constantly suck!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. The portions were very small, my bowl wasn’t even filled properly, and I unfortunately found hair in my food. That’s unacceptable. I honestly should’ve just gone to Qdoba instead. I won’t be returning

Update the blonde older lady Whos in her 40’s to 50’s needs to be fired from this location she’s rude everytime you go in and if you ask for anything special like a extra scoop of rice or vinaigrette she likes to tell you that you can’t have it. they also don’t give you enough meat, they will give you like 5 pieces of meat and still have the audacity to shake off meat from the serving spoon so you can get ripped off

Wow food is terrible. Everything was bland. It’s been years since I’ve been here but it used to be good. Don’t walk in here expecting flavor. The salsa was even bland the chips were over cooked and dry no lime juice or salt in site. Forgot to add that the chicken was full of fat and chewy and had to spit out numerous pieces. It was also a double order of chicken except it was the same amount as a single order.. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to in a long while. When we started our order, we informed the person starting the order that EVERY unoccupied table was dirty ,hoping she would send someone to the finish g area to wipe tables and maybe empty the overflowing garbage cans). When we paid, the tables were still dirty - we had to wipe one of ourselves. Furthermore, as the place emptied out, and by the time we finished our bowls, no one had been out to clean yet or empty garbage. There were 5 people on the line and several times they were just standing there, no customers. Food was okay, but steak was chewy. Also, the first person did not speak clearly enough for my husband to understand what she was asking.

Chipotle as a company has gone down a terrible hole. This one especially is awful. Expect ingredients to be out, employees not to be helpful, and a real lackluster company.
Terrible it looked like they where counted how many piece of steak I got and the portion was just tiny, I got more lettuce then anything
