I get Chipotle maybe once or twice a month for a couple of years now, this is the third time I have gotten burned chicken, and twice I have gotten uncooked rice, so hard that it was crunchy. I don't know what quality controls are used, but they are not up to pare. Please fix the issue. I enjoy your product when fixed properly.

Cashier got an attitude with me, made multiple rude comments towards me because she couldn’t get THEIR rewards system to work. Ended up paying full price because they couldn’t figure out how to apply rewards. Crazy work, tighten up

Food and service was great. Employees were super loud and talking about nonsense like a bunch of gang bangers. The guy who took our order decided he'd check out my wife for a minute and make it obvious before taking our order. Other than that it was great!

Very disappointing experience! Walked in the door to pick up my online order which was not ready. Several customers standing in line waiting to be helped and two employees were sitting at a table talking and no one else in sight besides the guy in the back hustling with the drive thru orders and to go orders. If there was down time, the dining area could have been worked on. Finally was asked my name to check on the order. Waited 15 or 20 more minutes before finally getting my order. In the meantime employees were arguing very loudly in front of everyone and instead of the manager dealing with the issue he gets involved in the arguing in front of all the customers. The last statement he made was i want to be left alone and just work. If anyone of you guys want to leave thats fine. I work better by myself. If I could have figured out how to cancel my order I would have and just left instead of listening to that for 20 minutes.

I’ve given this place way too many chances and they always prove their incompetence. Manager is very rude, staff is very rude. I’ve been trying to order in line and the staff is literally blaring rap music making it impossible to communicate what you want to eat. I’ve seen first hand 2 employees screaming at each other for over 20 minutes while trying to eat. Ive paid for chips, just to see that the chips literally did not cover the bottom of the bag. Asked if I could get more, only to be given a snarky remark and a dirty look by the awful manager. I’ve been asked to move where I’m sitting while eating so they could clean which is just wild. Finally, yesterday I tried to order a burrito and was given literally 7 pieces of chicken. Asked for more and was told it would be double chicken so ended up walking out. I have finally leaned my lesson and will not be back. Awful staff, awful manager, awful portions, and awful prices. If I could give it a 0 star I would.

The food tasted good, but it was more expensive than I feel is reasonable. Charging extra for cheese sauce and guacamole, for a Mexican restaurant just seems wrong.

Employees was very nice and helpful but the supervisor or manager don’t know which one was very rude to her employees that was taking my order by yelling at them when they made a mistake an was very smart with them. The way she talk to them was very rude. She could’ve approached it a different way.

I’m here at Springfield for work and was craving some chipotle. Worst mistake ever. They skimped me on the Chicken. The “fajitas” I received was pretty much just an onion, and they weren’t even cooked completely, and to add insult to injury, I don’t know if the recipe recently changed but I could not even finish my food. First time ever for a Chipotle. I will certainly not be coming to this location again.
