Tiny portions, rude staff. Go to a different location if you want chipotle. Avoid the dirksen location especially around lunch time. They act like you are an inconvenience to them by being there and ordering. They give you no meat and if you ask for more they give you an attitude and ask if you want to be charged for double meat. I wasnt even trying to get extra. I was just trying to get an actual scoop full, not a quarter of a scoop. I was only asking to get what i paid for. Ridiculously small portions. Might as well have ordered a rice and bean bowl and even those were small scoops too. Dont waste your time or money. I will not be returning to this location until a whole new staff is hired. Paid $12 for a bowl of rice and beans. Have never felt more ripped off and disrespected.

Went in today at 9:00. Mind you they close at 11:00. They were out of cheese , All rice (30 minute wait) and had very little meat(no steak but the rest were very low and did not look good at all ) . The people working were pretty nice so I’m not gonna dog that and it’s not their fault by any means . But come on . Those are the main ingredients to their food and they have none . The only reason I’m leaving this review is this is not the first time this has happened I’ve only eaten here one time the other 4 times over the past 6 months they were once again out of stuff . Insane work . Don’t even bother placing a Mobile order or driving all the way there after 9.

Employees acted too busy to serve me. Literally just standing and talking to other co workers. Food was okay, pretty bland.

Food was not very hot in less then a ten min drive back food was cold. Then when I started with the chips, they were super stale. Like they have been sitting on a shelf for over a week to open air. When I walked in the staff was playing vulgar music on a boombox inside then what normally plays.

Last time I ever order from this location. Doordash order is always incorrect or missing items. Presentation is also a mess. Lids falling off entrees in bag. Causing bag to be soggy upon arrival.

It's Chipotle. All good. Nothing stood out. Except Malcolm. The whole crew was friendly, but Malcolm's customer service and kindness was outstanding. I can't say enough about this young man. Every person he interacted with was greeted with a smile, friendly assistance, and kindness. He even chased a man out who forgot something. So impressed. We need more people like him in the world.
