Zero stars across the board. Forgot to put my guac and chips in the bag and ignored my phone calls twice in a row. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get it and they didn't even give me anything to make up for wasting my time and gas. Can't even do small things right

There is a manager Jacob that states the most and only disrespectful remarks I have ever been told..Jacob told me to leave after I rebutted his disrespectful remarks..then he told me to leave and then called the POLICE ON ME because I would not adhere to his racist demands. Chipotle has not returned my call nor offered me a tortilla chip after suffering the worst experience in my life. Also they didn’t have steak or guacamole available and the carnitas was old and it was only 9pm. Jacob needs to be terminated as my friend warned me about a a crazy guy that works there and harassed her also..black ppl beware..you will go in for a bowl and get a set of POLICE CUFF LINKS IF JACOB SEES YOU!! Luckily the POLICE recognized I am a tax paying citizen and he was the one harassing ME!! I GUESS THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT AT CHIPOTLE!!

The manager on shift when we visited was extremely helpful and patient. My kiddos hadn’t been there before and the entire staff was patient and the manager went above and beyond. 10/10

I ordered a delivery drop off. I requested double portions for my bowl on everything. I was astounded by what I received. I received half portions instead. I tried to call the store to either receive a refund, or receive the other half of my meal, but I was directed to an email that puts me into a chat with some ai. I do not want to hear how you’re making improvements. I need to be able to hear from someone that can actually assist me.I will not be coming back here.

Food was average, but prepare for an extra large unwanted side of attitude/hostility. Went 2 times in the past 2 weeks, Both times the staff were very rude and impatient, especially the guy who im guessing is the "manager" and black haired lady at the register. Very disappointing.

We went at 6:30pm to dine in. We walked in all the chairs were up the manager heard as we made mention shouts from the kitchen the lobby is closed. As we waited at the pick up location for our online order he states they don't use that anymore we need to tell the staff. 3 times I gave him the name each time he continued to talk over me and explain the lobby being closed. As we received order the same manager tells the staff anyone else that comes in tell them use the drive thru. I asked why the lobby was closed and was informed it's of the manager on shifts discretion. Hostile, unwelcoming, and dense atmosphere. The staff looked at this boy managing the place for approval before answering a question as if they are terrified of retaliation.Many time this boy said, "my staff" "my store" certainly expresses a dehumanizing and controlling workplace.We won't be back.

I went in 6:40 pm. As soon as I stepped inside the ..manager...I'm assuming he was..rushed over to say we can't dine in and from now on we have to use the drive thru. We repeadly gave him our name the order was under to just get our food and leave but he continued to tell us how we shouldn't come into the store and telling his employees to not let anyone enter. We asked when the lobby closes with which he responded "it depends who is working." Out of confusion and distaste for his unjustifiable attitude we asked for his name. He became irate and told us to leave the store immediately. I don't have high hopes for the future of this establishment if it continues to be run by this guy.

We went around 6pm and there were no veggies, no lettuce, and all the chairs were tilted so you couldn’t eat at the dining tables - just at the high ones. Man behind counter said they were closing up the dining room …. At 6pm? There was a spray bottle of cleaner and dirty rags on one of the tables. Not the best experience there.
