Brought my daughters here for my 3 year olds birthday. An employee came storming in the doors from outside and smacked my 3 year old in her face with the metal looking two way door. My daughter started screaming. The employee did not stop. I asked for the manager in which I had to wait 10 minutes for. When she finally came out, her and two other employees walked up staring at me laughing then forced themselves to hold a straight face when they reached me. I told her what happened. She opened her mouth to do a fake sarcastic “WOW!” then she said “She didn’t mean to do it on purpose” and she hadn’t even spoken to the employee. Even if she didn’t do it on purpose, she still knew she smacked my daughter in the face and could’ve apologized…The games suck. The new bouncy house is $12 for a pair of (required) socks. Seems like a scam. The staff sucked. That whole experience sucked. Would NOT recommend.

We did a road trip from Chicago to visit the only Chuck E. Cheese that still has animatronics band in the Midwest. We met the manager Jim, who shared the history of showbiz/chuck e cheese shows.

I went there on the day of the grand reopening on July 25th 2024! I am so overjoyed they’re keeping the animatronics! Might I mention that they were in great shape! The staff there were all really nice and welcoming! The pizza was delicious too! :) Truly a magical experience and would definitely recommend for any Midwest animatronic lovers!

If i could give it zero stars i would. This location is awful the staff were very rude and hateful. The manager had the worst rattitude of all. Yelling at my 5 year old child that “the prize counter was closed” when there was no notice of the prize counter being closed. The food we ordered took over an hour to be ready. Once the food finally came out it was cold and disgusting. BEWARE don’t take your children to this location unless you want them to be yelled at by the “manager” .

It is sad that you take 3 grandchildren to Chuck E Cheese for 1&1/2 hrs. Game play, a large pizza and four drinks to cost $199 . For the over cooked pizza they are one piece of. The card you load the play time on cost extra the wrist band I understand. The plastic card you put play time on should be complimentary. My grandkids like steak. We could have gone to a nice steak house for $200. We have every video game system and tablets. This place is lame and hasn't got much to play and offer in games. I think we made our last trip to Chuck e Cheese. I have two little grandchildren that won't experience this place. I'm not going again in 4 yrs when they are old enough. Personally as dead as this place is it's not going to be there still. I realize that it's a crazy economy, this though can be cut from everyone's budget not worth it at all.
Parking: About 7 cars there at lunch time on Columbus day. The strip mall is about completely empty of retail businesses. Lot has plenty of room
Kid-friendliness: It's all about the kids. That's why we go. This is my 3 Rd generation to take there. I'm not going back though sadly. I can afford it but I find this is ridiculous pricing. I can't imagine the cost of a birthday party there these days. Wow
Wheelchair accessibility: One level large doors and a good accessible clean bathroom

I've worked here twice, and during my time, I've witnessed many employees quit on the spot, and for good reason.
The work environment is very toxic, characterized by constant gossiping and cliquey behavior among employees and management. The high turnover rate is a direct result of this environment, as employees don't want to stay. Those who do stay often thrive in the toxicity, contributing to the problem further.
Management lacks accountability and often displays egotistical behavior. During my last tenure, Tim and Lashae were in charge.
There's nothing wrong with eating here; you'll probably have a good experience as a costumer. However, I wouldn't recommend anyone applying for a job here until current management has been replaced.

UPDATE: The district manager addressed my concerns and made me feel like my review and feedback mattered. We will give it another chance soon! Thank you!
Hi, I took my daughter for her 4th Birthday. The experience was awful. The workers were visibly miserable being there and off wondering around not taking orders from the window to tables. Anyone that wanted their food would have to go lean down in the food window to ask the cook where their order was. I spent 90.00 when I'm struggling daily as it is, and I regret every dime spent and literally want to cry. I waited an hour and a half patiently for my food and finally went to the food window to beg for the food. There was no point of the kid check station because no one is there. You have to hunt down staff and they are rude and unhelpful. Very very unsatisfied with the experience. What a shame.

The pizza tasted good; however, they now only have pepperoni and sausage as toppings options, which is a lot fewer options than they used to have. Also, they no longer have a salad bar. In regard to the games, they have some pretty fun ones. They've got basketball and football games, a Kung Fu Panda game, a Monopoly game, and a Nerf game, just to name a few. It's hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to I might go with an Avengers coin pushing game, where you try to get the coins to push Infinity Stones down a ramp to get a bonus, like 25 extra coins that will fall down onto the game board or 5 tickets that you can redeem for prizes. Once you get six Infinity Stones, a wheel will spin that will award you a good amount of tickets. The best I got was 30, but there are far higher amounts. You can get a card that will let you play unlimited games within a certain amount of time, such as an hour, or you can get one that has a certain amount of points on it, with each game costing a point. I prefer the unlimited games version. If you want some good pictures they have a photo booth. Overall, it's a nice place to go.
