The ice cream was delicious. The staff was kind. Our service was fast and friendly. There is a large variety of flavors for every flavor palette. I would recommend. Located in the heart of downtown Springfield, it is close to the Old State Capitol building.

Chris the manager and Laron welcomed me as soon as I walked in on a Monday evening. When I wasn’t happy with my ice cream, they made it right. They were doing the best they can with what they have. My only area of improvement is helping each other on each shift keeping the store clean so it’s not so much work for the next shift of workers.
5 star customer service though. Thanks fellas.

If I take a pint there should be multiple toppings. They said only one is free.
I took the paid toppings they didn't even mix well.

Amazing ice-cream!! We visited Springfield and stopped on a Saturday afternoon with four of our children. The worker helped give us options and handmade each signature dish quickly. The ice-cream was rich and flavorful. You don't need a meal if you are coming in!

Their ice cream is so so good! I took my friend here on our way home from St. Louis on Sunday, July 13th, 2025. I got the Chocolate Devotion and he got a shake. While the ice cream tastes good and the experience was great, the staff were very unfriendly and kind of rude. The lady was new, in all fairness, but please, we were the only two people in there, you weren’t busy or rushed, no need to be rude. The man was pretty helpful though and teaching her things along the way. Anyway, good experience. (Written 7-23-25)

I came here on a hot Tuesday afternoon in July. There was 1 person working. He was slow and unfriendly. He kept going into the back room, which resulted in an excessive wait time. He did let me taste various flavors before making my decision. He did a good job mixing in strawberries, sprinkles and chocolate chips. There were 3 tables and the A/C worked well. Still, given how long it took to be served, I would seek out other places for ice cream before coming back here.

I tried to order online & their closed 2 hours before what it says online this is very unprofessional please update your hours online if you close your doors before then I will be contacting an corporate office first thing in the morning
I have to tell you about the horrible experience I and many others had last night, May 29th, at your store.
I was picking up an Uber Eats order around 645-7pm. I walked in and no one greeted, no one said a word. I said I was there for an UE order and gave the name. Still not one word spoken! I waited for almost 10 minutes for the worker to finish the order. 4 customers walked in behind me, either worker did not speak. I was finally given the order and it had an extra small container with no explanation. STILL NOT ONE WORD SPOKE BY EITHER WORKER! Is this the experience you want customers to have? Not just locals, but the vast number of visitors?
