Ice cream is by far the greatest dessert in the world. Cold and creamy and delicious. Goldstone has a great product and a good setup for add ins.
I had caramel ice cream with pecan add-ins and caramel sauce drizzled over. It was so delicious!

First off I wanna say I love cold stone creamy it’s amazing ice cream. I am very very disappointed in this location I was a store Manager of three locations at one time and this store is nasty it smells like rotting milk the floors are gross there cake display was empty and dirty the sneeze guard was nasty the waffle makers were gross the waffles looked old and stale the staff were not friendly at all and one came out talking with suck disrespect I wasn’t greeted when I walked in I’m very disappointed that corporate still lets this one run and all it needs is some care and attention and maybe it wouldn’t of been so dead at 2 on a Sunday

Ran out of spoons? So how is one supposed to eat the ice cream. Dirty interior, melted ice cream tubs. basic inventory like spoons aren’t stocked for the weekends and tubs are melted. 2 Oreos in a medium Oreo OVERLOAD?? Locations like these bring coldstone brand down

Asked to add extra syrup on chocolate devotion how much she added she kept that aside and throwed in trash and didn't added and even i asked for take out she said i don't have caps to keep on cups and she wrapped the Icecream with cover, and the Icecream completely melted and also complete Icecream came out for wraper, i asked her to keep it in the glass atleast but she said she dont want to waste the product.

They’re always out of something anytime we go in. I tried giving them a 3rd chance, but the employees are so rude and act like customers are a nuisance. They were mocking other customers sitting at the table tonight and hehe haha the entire time we were in there. I saw 5 customers walk in then walk right back out within 10 minutes because they were out of alot of things and just plain rude. - 7/20/24 8:10pm

It's not a bad place to get some ice cream. The shakes are always good, but a little pricey just like everything else. The place could use a renovation. It seems broken down quite a bit, though. Lots of a variety of flavors to choose from.

Everyone was super nice, the ice cream was soooo good!! A little melty, but the flavor was just amazing. Went there to get me and my brother ice cream for his birthday, he said "It’s so yummy it’s filling my tummy up fast"

5-22-24, this place is so dirty looking. Pass and I'll go elsewhere. So I had to change my rating after my Friday night (9-24-21) experience. Several young people working tonight. Me and a friend entered and no one acknowledged us. We walked over to the counter looking at the selections. Still not a hi, good evening or what can I get you. Nothing simply ignored. Decided not to buy anything so I wouldn't inconvenience anyone. Turned around and walked out. Not even a thanks for stopping in. Coldstone I make it a point whenever I'm in town to stop in. You have lost a customer. If this is what the furture holds for us nin caring employees well its not a good furture.

We got a doordash and it was open so we try to go in and the workers just starred at us. Door was locked. But they were serving people in there. Sign said they were closing early. Yet there were 12 customers in there eating and laughing at us. All black people in there, including workers. Me my girlfriend amd another couple (all of us white) tried to gwt in and they just looked at us and refused to let us in. Then 2 black girls left amd we tried to grab the door and they quickly slammed it shut and said " sorry its closed for white people" and laughed at us and everyone in the store laughed at us then proceeded to let 2 more black customers in.
