My wife and I have been to Cook's Spice Rack before a few times and have always been pleased. The food was great and the seating area was clean and bright. I had the sausage omelet with home fries and the jalapeno toast, while the jalapeno toast was good it wasn't worth the extra dollar as I didn't taste any spiciness from the jalapeno.My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, french fries with coleslaw, she said the pork was just a bit dry but still good.We certainly will be going back as you know you will get a great meal for a good price.
This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, great food and great service. I ordered smoked pork steak. It was awesome and very tender. My server was Susan. She did a great job. She was very attentive to my needs and a very fun and friendly person. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the eggs and veggie skillet. Veggies were especially good. Waitstaff was extremely busy but still very nice. Will definitely come back.
Great food, great service. Went for breakfast today. First time we had been there. Everything was excellent. We will be back. Definitely want to try their white cheese sauce for horseshoes. ❤️

This was my first time back to Cook's since they re-opened after COVID. My issue with the place is that the service has always been lacking. This time around, they were short-staffed. It took a while for someone to get to my table. It wasn't for lack of trying, they were just short-handed and relatively busy. I was surprised to see a couple of young girls there helping with the service that didn't seem to be of working age, but that's none of my business. I love the chili at Cook's and the food is never bad. I don't remember ever having bad food, but the service has always lacked whether it be staffing or just not able to meet the demands of the customer.

All three guests ordered chili and we were content with our meals (: service was great and cute atmosphere. There are two separate rooms to choose to sit in. Both my boyfriend and his brother also had a breakfast eggshoe and enjoyed it.
