Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Springfield

I had the wedge salad and brisket flatbread lunch combo and it was fantastic! Also is enough food to have a snack or meal out of it later - so worth the price! We were checked on and waited on diligently (I had my water glass filled ~3 times), but not overbearing. The manager also came to check on us too which was nice. Overall great experience.

Torie was a wonderful server who remembered what we like from previous visits. Highly recommend Coopers Hawk.

The kitchen was having some timing issues with food. Luckily we were not in a hurry and it was not a big deal for us. The manager comped our appetizer. I am disappointed with how the oven roasted vegetables have been changed. They were one of my favorite sides. Now I will not order them at all .

This CH is almost always below par. They seem to have an exceptionally difficult time attracting competent wait staff, something I experience almost every time I dine here. Indifferent is a good way to characterize the attentiveness or lack thereof of their servers. Overall not a great exemplar for the brand.

Great place with a fun atmosphere. The last few times we've gone they are out of a lot of the dishes we like :-( This time they also forgot to seat us.

Was a neat wine venue/restaurant. Did a sample tasting. The sweet wines I had were very good. Our server was excellent and need her wines. All the employees were so friendly. We just had appetizers and they were delicious.

We had a wonderful dinner at CH. Victoria was awesome and helped make our anniversary special. The sticky honey lemon cake was our favorite dessert we've ever had there!

Our server was absolutely great! Waited for our table at the bar and the bartenders were great, too! Food was timely and very good!

Very good service, excellent food, abundant choices made our evening very pleasant. However, as is often the case, we experienced rather loud patrons that limited our ability to have a conversation at our table. This situation is present at most dining establishments of late.

Menu emphasizes hearty classics and locally inspired dishes

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy a meal due to arriving just 10 minutes before they closed while on a charter bus trip. I did have an opportunity to discuss their extensive wine list, tastings, and membership. I'm considering becoming a two bottle member and will definitely drop back in for winetasting and a meal
