I sat at the bar and had a large Togo order. The bartender never even offered me a water while I waited. I ordered mushrooms (highly recommended) and they did not disappoint they were hand battered and just delicious. I also ordered the panko chicken caesar salad. Tasted awful and not at all what I read on the menu. The menu description reads romaine(bagged lettuce) baked panko encrusted chicken breast (that is the lie- they grill the chicken and then top it with Parmesan and bake it in the pizza oven. It was overly salty with the amount of Parmesan and mine did not have any panko.

The Corner Pub and Grill is the absolute best! Best horseshoe and horseshoe pizza, wonderful service, great drinks, and reasonable prices. A must stop any time you are in Springfield!!!

We stopped in for lunch today and the food was extremely good as always, we have never had a bad meal yet! I also want to say how pleasant our waitress Megan was. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating!!! Great job to Megan and the cooks at the Corner Pub !!!
I had some decent experiences here. I left some headphones on the table and that was absolutely on me but you always hope for the best in people. I went back a few hours later in hopes the waitress would've grabbed them and left them upfront and I'm assuming they kept them or tossed them because they said there were no headphones left upfront. The food is fine but I probably wouldn't go back on my own due to that souring my experience.
