My family and I were passing through Springfield on Monday 2 weeks ago. As we were on a tight schedule we opted for take out unsure if our meal and experience would be as enjoyable as dining in. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! It was noon & your establishment was wonderful! The staff (especially the amazing to go attendant Kendra)handled everything with excellence,precision and kindness above & beyond our expectations! all while it was very busy. Kudos to your staff! Food was excellent as well. Kendra made sure we had everything we needed down to the extra napkins for the kiddos. We will be visiting again on our way home.

I can always count on a quality meal at Cracker Barrel. We stopped in Wednesday to grab a to go and we were greeted by Kendra. She knows her menu and helped us navigate it to get everything we wanted! She was so friendly and upbeat. She's a great asset there, gives off positive vibes. I know we will be ordering again, Kendra I hope you're reading this and I hope you're there next time we order! Kendra, YOU ROCK!

Had a long breakfast date with a friend that lasted 4hrs. The waitress was so kind and patient with us. Best service I’ve had in a long time. Food was great too.

Great. Im working near by from out of town amd no kitchen in my hotel so I eat there alot, the best bacon cheeseburger I ever had. Server learned my name as well. 10/10

The biscuits were soft and warm! YAY! The grits were watery. Eggs and bacon were normal. The diet coke was $3.69 (ridiculous) and I was charged .99 to put some cheese on the grits. Please tell people when your staff ask you if you want something extra you did not ask for that there is an upcharge! Bill before tip was $17 for an ordinary meal. Was a bit loud. Waitress was friendly! Ok place to stop but nothing special.

Got carry out that was hot and very good. Would order again.

Our waitress was awesome! We had 2 small chicken and she was right there with drinks, crayons and extra menus and extra plates.
The food is always delicious and hot!
