Cookies were fabulous! Looked adorable and tasted like Heaven!!! However I was appalled by the way a manager( I’m guessing) was speaking to staff. The nasty tones, snide remarks and berating of employees is disgusting. Please retrain this young lady so she can do better!!

Laila is a very dedicated worker decorating cookies with delightfulness. Never in my 46 years of life have I ever seen someone with such good work ethic. Not only is her work ethic good, but her customer service is so amazing that she treats me better than my husband does. I walked in and she had the biggest smile on her face and greeted me with positivity, something my husband has only done once. She is a spectacular role model for everyone and i am honored to call her my server, and the face of the company, crumbl.
