We have visited Culver’s locations across the whole country. This is the most dirty Culver’s I have ever seen. The tile and carpet are absolutely filthy. There was ketchup splattered across the front door. The bathroom was also dirty and the corners of the stalls had debris and filth in them as if the person mopping just shoved the mop in the corner and called it quits.
We waited for a while for our food to-go and then after we hopped in the car we discovered the main entree was missing in our meal. We turned around and received it quickly but there was a man waiting there for his food before we arrived initially and he was still there after we picked up our missing item- he waited for his food to-go for at least 20 minutes. This is not the Culver’s standard.
I asked to speak to a manager and I could see he was busy in the kitchen so after waiting for a few minutes we decided to hit the highway again.

Ordered a child’s meal grilled cheese combo to go with. It was a soggy wet mess . Not grilled at all . The soda came with no straw , no spoon for the concrete mixer which was wrong . It should have been brownie bites and it was cheese cake . No napkins for that wet soggy sandwich. No frozen yogurt chip for late as stated . Whole meal was a mess . Never again .

Quick and friendly service. Dinner and dessert were both delicious. One of the few fast food places that has not gone downhill in the past few years. Their quality remains outstanding.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by Culver’s while passing through from California, and I have to say — this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Travis, the drive-thru genius, absolutely blew me away with his energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness. This guy deserves to be a manager right alongside Rhonda, who’s already doing an amazing job leading with warmth and excellence.
Both Travis and Rhonda made me feel welcome and valued — so much so that I even took pictures to remember the moment! It’s rare to see a team that takes such pride in their work. Big shoutout to Culver’s for having incredible people like them representing the brand! 👏🍔🍦
