Curate used to be my favorite restaurant. but 2 days back we(10 people) visited there and realized, they changed entire menu. we ordered so many different dishes from new menu and most of them, were not good in taste. We needs to find another good restaurant for regular visit.

I tried the Elk Chops and Truffle Cacio E Pepe - be aware it's a small plates restaurant! It's on the pricey side for the portion size. Worth it if you want something upscale and unique
My server smelled like motor oil, weird....
I came here with my family on Friday evening. This was one of THE best meals I’ve had. Everything from the cocktails, the service, the appetizer, the small plates and the entrees. Perfect, could not have been better. The small donuts, the potatoes and the ribeye were my favorites. But we also had the brie, elk chop and wild mushrooms. Our server had told us that there were six donuts that came in an order so we all could have two. Turns out it came with five so we jokingly gave her a hard time. At the end of the meal she brought us a scoop of pistachio gelato and a scoop of biscotti gelato to “make up for her mistake” 🤣 So sweet of her! We had a beautiful evening and I’ll be coming back here any time I visit Springfield.

Overpriced and pretentious. I stopped in for some quick refreshment after a really long week and felt like I was a burden or after thought to every staff member (and even other guests for some reason)
that I interacted with.
Our server Nature was great and very very kind. Cocktails were amazing as well as the food. Great date night place

This a great place that has some great bar tenders. This is a small plate restaurant, so don’t expect full meals! The drinks are fantastic, it has an amazing patio in the winter and summer. Inside space is smaller and limited but well decorated. This is definitely an upper scale place and expect to pay a little more here than other Springfield restaurants. If you come in groups, split the small plates to save a little money and enjoy more of their delicious food.

Had a great business dinner there. Service was very accommodating and on-point. We stayed past closing yet they didn’t rush us. A tad loud makes conversation a little challenging, but their menu is well worth it. And the patio is gorgeous.

Extremely disappointed. Overpriced for the quality and portions size. Sampled a bite from each persons plate- bland. Paella was mushy and bland. Gin & tonic was flat. Salad was 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half. Desert was the highlight. Not worth $350 for 4 people.

Great service from Jessica. She made our daughter’s 16th birthday so memorable. Best thing we had was Lobster Sliders. Always great food and service here.

Had reservations at 12:30 for my birthday. We got there a few minutes early and got seated right away, then we waited for about 15 minutes and someone finally stopped by asking if we had been waiting on. She filled up our waters and said she would check who was going to be with us. Waited another 5-10 minutes and nothing so me and my husband decided to get up and leave. I get the restaurant was about half busy, but the servers passed by us multiples times. Really disappointed when this was our first time there. Probably won't ever try it again. I'm okay with waiting 5-10 minutes and being patient, but waiting 15+ is kinda ridiculous when we had reservations. If they didn't have room for us, then they shouldn't have accepted my reservations.

I understand what curate is trying to do and their price point would be fine if the food was on point. I had a custom cocktail which was pretty underwhelming… It just tasted like a cold coffee. The brie appetizer was done well and came out perfectly. However, the other small plates did not turn out properly. The gnocchi was some of the worst I’ve had…. Homemade and fresh…. but not done correctly at all.

Curate is a gem in Springfield! The decor is modern yet comfortable. The food is phenomenal and the staff listened to what we were looking for in our evening and were able to suggest a few of the plates to share. Highly recommend the roasted mushrooms, the salmon and the ribeye. Try some seasonal cocktails! Always delicious. The bartenders are friendly, know their mixology and keep the night entertaining.
