We just left Curate in Springfield, IL and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The food was savory and delicious, with each dish crafted to perfection. Everything we tried was great for my wife and I— the focaccia, Brussels, Truffle Cacio e Pepe, Elk Steak, and short ribs. We enjoyed having the small plates, so we could share multiple plates. Our server, Maggie, elevated the experience throughout dinner and then offered us a scoop of birthday gelato; we chose biscotti.
The weather was perfect for the patio, and as it got darker, each table was brought a small table light that perfectly set the mood. We will definitely be back.
This is my VERY FAVORITE meal in Springfield! If you go to Curate, I highly recommend getting the braised short rib and the truffle pasta! You will not be disappointed! Also, the staff is always wonderful, service is always great and good/drinks delicious.

Curate is one our favorites in springfield and we come regularly. The last time we went I had the scallops and they were delicious. Kyles guava spritzer was the work of a genius (I admit, should have stopped with 2 ?). Wait staff is always courteous and quick. Love the variety and seasonal changes. Keep up the magnificent work!
