We did a taco bar for our wedding reception and got rave reviews from our guests. I'm a vegetarian and we have some vegans in the mix, and I wanted us all to be happy and eat the same menu. (We had chicken and beef too.) They even held back some guac for us because we were chatting and didn't get a plate until later.
