Workers was not friendly at all , dining area was dirty & most the tables . And our food was cold and sat in the window over 10mins while no one was even around

Bought the fish sandwich and the 2 DBL cheeseburgers deal. Fish was almost burnt up, fish filets aren't supposed to be brown. Cheeseburgers not much better, meat was overcooked and dry. Maybe need some rethinking of cook times and temps. Got it to go so I didn't check the bag before leaving, didn't discover the horror til after arriving home.

Went here on 12-31-24 at 922pm. Says they are open until 10. Got to speaker to order, sat there for 15min. Then guess what? Employees turned off the light on order screen and said nothing about closing. About 7 other cars were behind me. This is a very dirty thing to do to customers. Make them wait for 15mins then just turn off the lights. Probably if the lady in the silver car infront of me wouldn't have asked for ever flavor that they have never served and drinks they don't have. But still very very crappy that employees did this

I love going to dairy Queen the $7 box is amazing and affordable and I always get a pup cup for my German Shepherd

Kid-friendliness: Going through the drive-thru the other night and a bunch of teenagers had a party in there it looked like it was a Hawaiian party but we were served very quickly everybody was working in there that night

Workers are loud! Walking around talking like they are at home. Food was disgusting! Had to bring it back up to them after I paid for DoorDash. The Dairy Queen on north grand would NEVER! we will never eat at this one again! Even working with a bonnet on! How unprofessional!

The food was good and the manager, I believe by the name of caleb, was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting the only issue I had corrected. Very happy with the overall service I received.

Once again, Alan the cake decorator killed it in the best way. Thanks so much for the awesome cake, the decorations were perfect.

We pulled up hoping to get our dinner at 8:31PM inside the restaurant. Not only did they tell us they were no longer serving food or ice cream, they did not lock their door, the manager working was rude and neither the workers including the night manager were able to tell me the survey code which was required to fill out their online survey, so I decided to post my very public review on here instead. It will be a LONG time before I decide to go back to this location again.

If it was just a couple things I wouldn't bother writing this. But there were several issues with the Wabash DQ this evening-- 1. I gave a $20 for a $15 something order and got a dollar and some change back.(had to ask for rest of change) 2. Asked for extra ketchup and napkins- no ketchup, no napkins 3. Forgot kids ice cream cone 4. Gave half of order and said "have a nice day" excuse me, rest of order? 5. Fries were chewy and old....
