We were in town for a biker event and stopped here for a sweet treat. The woman at front ( I'm sad I missed her name) was amazing. Best customer service I have ever received at a "fast food joint". She was so pleasant and happy to every person she came in contact with. Kudos to you! Don't lose her, she is nothing short if amazing!!!

You just cant beat DQ Chill n Grill. Their burgers surpass any other chains in taste and juiciness. That's not to mention their Blizzards. Pure Heaven in a Cup!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a single burger when I was the first one in line and there were no cars ahead of me. 7/17 6:20 pm

The chicken strip chicken sandwich is a must to get item. It’s really yummy. The fries used to be really amazing. However, I don’t know if the formula has changed. Last time, they looked different, tasted different, and were cold. They used to be golden brown and crispy. The drive through is typically fast, the order takers and other drive through staff are polite and friendly.
Can’t comment on inside dining though.

I ordered a cookie dough and Heath Blizzard extra Heath thru drive thru. A few bites and a mile down Dirksen parkway I still didnt get any toppings so I dug around and realized I got very little cookie dough and No Heath and when I took it back in to ask about the topping they took my blizzard back to the back and did who knows what with it and handed it back to me with a small cup of toppings. The manager did not want to make it right and decided to start arguing with me. Very Unprofessional and if your meal ain’t right don’t expect to get it fixed even if they know it’s there mess up.

They had no idea what was going on. All the orders mixed up didn’t know whose was what. Finally got our food after an extremely rude female worker working the window only to discover items we paid extra for were not in the bag but better yet the item that comes with the meal we also didn’t get so we had to circle back through the drive through the female worker was extremely rude and belittling and unprofessional a second time as we are simply asking for not only the extra we paid for but the things that come with the meal. If I could give negative stars I would. Definitely will not be returning as it was the rudest experience I have personally ever had at an establishment.
