If I could give 0 stars I would. Cooks don’t wear gloves or wash their hands between touching foods. Watched one eat chicken then continue making a burger without washing or gloving up. That one manager who looks 6 months pregnant is always rude. Employees always on their phones, I’ve even seen barefoot little kids running around in the kitchen in the back. Seen a couple of the employees vaping in the store. Took 15 minutes to get my order. Black girl at the window has an attitude every time I go. Nobody seems like they want to do their jobs and I get it, it’s fast food but it’s your job to be friendly and polite. Twist ice cream is always soft. Worst DQ location. Will never go here again.

I asked for my chicken to be thoroughly cooked It was doughy on the inside My fries were overcooked and the toast is not toast toast isn't soggy toast is crunchy. Then when I called to complain the girl got an extreme attitude and went from talking like a white girl to talking out the side of her neck. Then she proceeded to hang up on me when I asked who the owner was to that particular dairy Queen on Atlanta the north side out by Walmart She told me they don't give out the name or the phone number and hung up on me. I had to come back and edit after reading other reviews I'm not the only one and that would explain why they have no one in line.

Absolutely do not go here!! The service is terrible and it’s because Jessica that works the window always has an attitude when you inform her she took
an order wrong.
Go to the north grand location! But Kudos to Braxton for always being polite and professional!

Went to sit down with family for treats instead found a locked door being ignored by employees @9:15 pm
The one at the front counter is amazing. Kind, friendly and efficient. Told her at the end of my visit today that she should own the place and everyone should work as hard as she does.

Do not support this location go to North Grand in Springfield Illinois. More than once have had bad service. Went through the Drive thru tonight and placed a simple order and could tell chaos. When I was able to finally place my order at the speaker menu I had to tell the girl my order 2 to 3 times pretty simple one of the hamburgers and the seven dollars had mustard pickle onion the other had lettuce mustard onion. Once I got to the window. There was a older lady taking the payment and another woman working on the printer of which I did not get a receipt. Then when I got to the window to pick up the meal she was also working on that printer. Now just to let you know I called my order back to the lady which took the payment and the young man who came to the window I said my order to him also and what the sandwiches had on them. So I waited about 4 minutes. And then received my ice cream and drinks. So at this point I was waiting for our sandwiches and fries. So about another 4 minutes goes by I figure I'm going to get really fresh food and the order would be correct. Not true get home the fries are warm but overcooked looked like the left overs. And after stressing at the intercom the payment window and the food window. The burgers were both standard with ketchup mustard and pickles. Not to mention cold. I have been in some type of management most of my life and I could tell they had way to many employees not being productive and sending out poor quality and incorrect orders. We ate half the meal. And my wife went to the store with no receipt because printers were down. And the staff argued with her that store has seen the last of our business. I will go to North Grand which is and older store but management is much better and the service and quality are so much better. The franchise owner needs to know that this store in my opinion rates very low.
