I've had it before and it's amazing but I just went in at 7:02 when it says they close at 8 mind you the door was UNLOCKED and I thought they were open but as soon as I walked in the alarm went off. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE!

I paid almost $20 for a “Cuban melt”, maybe 10 fries and a tiny soda. The Cuban was on cheap stale white bread and extremely dry pork. Not to mention the sandwich was just small. No wonder why the parking lot is empty.

Stopped and just ate at your new place in Chatham, the kid behind the counter sure has quite the attitude. Your menu straight up says you have free toppings, onions being one of them and he told me I couldn't have them until I argued with him about it. My food was delicious. Thank You for that, And then When I was leaving I took my dirty stuff to the counter because there is nowhere else to put it, this kid then told me "you should have just left it at your table, I don't want dirty stuff up here!....excuse me? Horrible attitude from him, I will never eat here again, best of luck in Chatham with that kind of service

Do not let looks deceive you. Although the parking lot may be empty when you show up, that just means that the crowds haven't showed up. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is nearly immediate, and the atmosphere is fun and appropriate for the location and the food

Stopped in for lunch during a break at our family reunion yesterday. There were 7 of us and 1 employee! Kicking myself for not getting his name, but he ROCKED it! Took our orders, went back to make the food, came out to help some other customers that came in, kept us topped off on drinks, brought out the food (which was awesome, FYI!) and had a great disposition the entire time! This guy definitely deserves a raise! Would definitely go there a lot more if I lived there and not CA, but will definitely go back next time I'm in IL!

Kid-friendliness: My kids are 15 and 13 and the employee was cracking jokes with my son the whole time. My daughter was hiding in a back corner of our table, though, so he let her be!
