Horrible service. I was told my order was started at 6:15 PM. I called at 7:15 PM and they told me they hadn’t even started it and got mad at me for asking what time I anticipate being able to pick it up. I told him to cancel it and they said thank you and then hung up.

This place is located exactly 1 mile from where my current address is. My fiance and I both have very busy schedules with small windows of break time. They took 2 hours to deliver to my address for a pizza and one app.

Got off work today, ordered a pizza at 6:26pm. Pizza wasn't ready until 7:10pm. Sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes at the window being ignored by staff even though my order was sitting on the shelf ready to be grabbed. I left drive thru window and decided to walk inside. As soon as I did, hilariously, they jumped onto drive thru to help the person who was behind me. I've ordered from this dominoes for a long time and never experienced horrible service like this. Not a place I'd recommend for good service. Pizza is good, but not worth being ignored by workers for.

Well ordered a pizza from there at 10:30 it said it would be at my place between 30 and 42 mins hour and half went by so I called and the guy that was working was a smart ass and said that we have over a hour to wait there we’re 10 in front of me, not waiting 3 hours for a pizza work in stl all the time and have my pizza within 1 hour every time. Your store does not know customer service and tried reported this to corporate and can’t speak with no one. Someone in this store needs to loose there job cause the internet showed that my pizza started being prepped at 1104 and at 12 still being prepped. Never go to yall store again and will speak with your DM someone should get in trouble for this bullcrap!!!

Pizza was raw on the bottom and inedible. Hardly any topping and crust was half the pizza. What a waste of money.

Waited 2 and a half hours for ONE pizza. Was told on the app it would be 60-75 minutes. Arrived at 60 minutes and was told it would be 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes and told me another 15 minutes. Waste of my time and money extremely disappointed.

Pizza great but I’m about done with the forgetting stuff on orders, it’s 2025, when you come to the window then talk about grabbing garlic sauce. Now I’m at the hotel, and the garlic sauce must be playing hide n seek. Count your days dominos Springfield I’m coming for my garlic sauces and or 3$
