Waited 2 and a half hours for ONE pizza. Was told on the app it would be 60-75 minutes. Arrived at 60 minutes and was told it would be 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes and told me another 15 minutes. Waste of my time and money extremely disappointed.

Pizza great but I’m about done with the forgetting stuff on orders, it’s 2025, when you come to the window then talk about grabbing garlic sauce. Now I’m at the hotel, and the garlic sauce must be playing hide n seek. Count your days dominos Springfield I’m coming for my garlic sauces and or 3$

Made a online order on 12/19/2024 and it got stuck on prep. 2 and a half hours later I call them to see what is happening and no one will answer the phone and ended up never answering the phone hours later, making a refund impossible.

Ive been coming here once a week or so for in store pickups for lunch on a consistent basis within the last couple years or so and it has been great food for the price that I'm paying.

However, a business owner or GM can only go so far from marketing a product to making it so cheap in return that it turns your clientele away. Also, consistency is key for repeat business.

Today I ordered a "PAN" pizza with sausage that's supposed to have 2 layers of cheese. In the past, its been a perfect amount that is applied and typically is VERY tasty and good no matter who is making the pies.

Today was different. My pizza barely had any cheese on it to begin with. And I ordered a "PAN" pizza. It didn't even have 1/3 of the cheese that usually comes on it. Talk about inconsistency. Almost tasted like straight dough with barely any sauce as well.

I had learned that it was the GM of the store making the pizzas today......more than likely trying to cut food cost as much as possible to get a bonus in his pocket as that is what he is taught to do.

Sometimes, greed can turn customers away even at the smallest of issues like inconsistency.

Its a shame because of this inconsistency I will not return.

The order tracker went from quality check, to delivered, but the pizzas were not delivered. I’m sure they decided since the order was already going to be late they would just mark it as complete then randomly pop up 20 minutes later. I tried to call the store to see what was going on but was placed on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer!

Ordered before closing for delivery, store cancelled the order without ever informing me. Here I am 45 minutes later wondering where my food is, check the site again and find that they cancelled it. Last time I ordered delivery over an hour before closing and they called to tell me the delivery driver had already left so I would have to pick it up. When I got there the driver was smoking in the parking lot, and they still got the charge tip. Long time customer of the company, and I won't ever order from them again.

we ordered after midnight. got a pop ip saying don’t worry, if you order before 12 you’ll get your order. plot twist they cancelled my order. not cool. i work for a franchise in SO IL and that’s not the way you’re supposed to operate

Tried to order by telephone call. I ended up ending the call because I couldn't understand the person that answered my call. Adding to this review. Called in a carry out order and was told 20 to 30 minutes. Got there in 25 minutes and was told there was 5 orders ahead of mine. How are supposed to plan your lunch break with that kind of misinformation?

We ordered veg pizza and guy who is making pizzas not using hand gloves at all. He is using his hands by making veg and non veg pizzas without any gloves. And we also got our order after 45 minutes. It is very disappointing.
