Ordered over an hour 45 and still no pizza. Called at the hour mark and the girl had an excuse as only 1 driver. Waited another 45 min and called back. The girl who answered the phone said they were 5 min out. I questioned if the pizza would be fresh as it had been an hour 45… she was rude and had a sharp tone.
Her response was harsh and at no point acknowledged it had been over an hour 45… She was told to cancel the order.

I ordered my two pizzas online. I was keeping track of my order on the pizza tracker. When my tracker said my pizza was ready, I went through the drive-thru. They said my pizza wasn't ready, and I had about 15 minutes before it was ready. I said the pizza tracker said it was ready a few minutes ago. The employee said that they push orders thru when busy, and they forgot to put my pizzain the oven. I said well that's not right, people go by the tracker, and there should be some kind of compensation for forgetting to put my pizza in the oven. No compensation! I had to pull up to the pick up window three times before my order was ready. I wouldn't recommend this location. The manager was no help.

This is only for the on on Isles. They screwed up my order. They said even though they messed up, since I had carry out, they wouldn't deliver so I had to go out twice. Go to the one on Jefferson. If they mess up they will offer you a refund, and give you the option to deliver.

Manager (or person acting like manager at 6:45 on July 5) was vaping inside the whole time we were waiting on our pizzas, talking about women in a degrading way. Felt bad for the other workers having to be around him. The man making our food was working hard and had a good attitude. Pizzas tasted good.
We got pizza like delivery guy have dropped the box! And when I complained to store they said if you want other pizza come and get it, even though I paid for delivery fees! And the girl on a phone name messy was very rude too! She was like bring the pizza and get new one.. very very disappointed!Never even ordering from this location ever!!

I will tell you what.Today, this restaurant, manager Alan, and crew DELIVERED! 113 PIZZAS. You read that right. 113 pizzas for my 32 team scholastic tournament. Helped me get a reasonable price, had the pies ready EARLY, and the order, from what I can tell, was pretty well, SPOT ON. 175 middle school kids fed. THANK YOU!
