My whole order was crap, and I ordered in the mobile app at 5 am get there at 715 tell me he doesn’t has the ticket!! I cancelled re order only to get a coffee that looked like tea!!! And sandwich with bacon and my receipt clearly say sausage!! They are rude and don’t care!!

Tried to order a couple of boxes of munchkins, he ended up charging us for two dozen donuts. Then gave me change for a fifty, for the 100 I gave him. Completely missed my wife's order, took ten minutes to fix it, glad I paid with cash. Won't be coming back.

Horrible service here , they made my order wrong and when I went back to get it remade not only did they make it wrong a second time but they had an attitude about having to remake it . Floors were dirty and the place smelled really bad , I also had hair in my food

Stopped for a couple of quick donuts, but walked out. The cashier was too busy flirting with the customer, and the selection of donuts that were on display was poor. Someone was sleeping atvthe tables, and the floor could have used a good sweeping and cleaning.

I had terrible service at this Dunkin around 2:30pm today. While placing my order through drive thru, the person taking my order sounded harsh and extremely aggressive for no reason. My experience continued to get worse as I pulled up to pay for my order. Before I could pay I just wanted to make sure they got my order right. The barista straight up said these words in a rude tone- “I got it.” Finally, I hoped my coffee would turn out great. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I understand everyone has rough days but I don’t find it appropriate to reflect your mood on others.

eh I will drive out of the way for the Chatham Road location if I can, the employees here just naturally don’t have any customer service skills and just have a rude demeanor. They were out of Green Tea for my drink multiple times when the other location never is. Last time I got coffee I ordered 5 shots of expresso and couldn’t taste any at all. Not sure if they were even in there. It’s irritating when they go out of their way to be low effort when they could just do the job.

They forgot to put flavoring in my coffee when I asked them to fix it they handed me back my same coffee without flavoring and had the nerve to ask me if it was better when they know they didn't fix my coffee
