Amazing food! My husband and I noticed this place as we were leaving Scheels last week and I'm so glad we did. The cheese curds melt in your mouth- best ever! I also had a lemon summer shandy that was perfection. The place was beautiful, clean, and staff were all very friendly. I was telling family about this place as soon as we left. We plan to visit again very soon!

Listen. Im not ashamed to admit I snuck in American Cheese for your classic burger. It made that burger go from an 8 to a 10. PLEASE get american cheese as an option.

Engrained in Springfield, Illinois, is a hidden gem that delivers an exceptional farm-to-table dining experience. Their comfort food is perfect for fussy eaters, and I can personally vouch for the delicious pulled pork—it’s a must-try! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for families. We had an awesome waitress who added to the overall great experience.

We were there on a family trip, and we stayed next door at the Springhills Suites so it was so perfect to have such a. Great restaurant nearby!

We also happened to visit on Office trivia night, which was the perfect treat for my wife and me, both big fans of the show.
The combination of amazing food, friendly service, and fun trivia made it a night to remember. Highly recommend visiting Engrained, especially on trivia night if you're an Office fan!
