Some workers can make a sandwich others shouldn't be....
Last time I went in though they had a child behind there touching the food with no gloves on and when I asked for a certain sandwich they said they was out of it so I asked for a different one and they said they were out of that one also. So I left and bought nothing.

placed an online order, went in to pick up and was told that the meat i ordered was unavailable. they didn’t call me even thought my number was attached to the order. i asked if i could just replace the sandwiches and was told yes, but we only have ham and pepperoni. either the app needs to be updated, or the store closed all together, until someone can make an appropriate order.

READ THE REVIEWS. no chips, more than 75% of the drink machine was out, no straws, nothing. my sandwich was terrible. the quality is terrible, the turkey is the same color as the provolone cheese. my medium sub cut was placed in 2 different styrofoam containers, one side without any meat at all. what is up with this place???

Store does not answer the phone, Wrong Bread, does not look like it came from a Firehouse subs, No pickle spear, Wrong Chips, wrong dessert, Did I mention the location does not answer the flipping phone?!?! will be returning my EXTREMELY over priced delivery after work.

Unfortunately this is my first negative review. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was negative the employee at the register was not friendly and gave bad looks the whole order as if helping customers was annoying, then got the orders wrong not once but twice. Then one of the employees coughed directly on a sandwich while making it. All the tables were dirty looked as if hadn't been cleaned all day and no napkins. Will not be a returning customer. If I could put no stars i would have.

Such a bummer. Bloomington Fire house was fantastic so we tried it in springfield and was let down. Made 3 of 4 sandwiches wrong and 1 of them twice. And store dirty. Sad day.

The food is good. The problem is staffing. My 3 out of 3 visits were all the same experience. It seems there is never enough employees working which increased my wait time significantly. On one occasion an employee had a child in the food prep area.

Terrible won't be back. All the bad reviews are true and corporate is full of it with their generic apologetic reply because nothings changed. Tables, dirty...floor dirty...food cold and soggy but somehow cheese was melted...soda machine dirty....no napkins...and To no fault of the child parent was letting the child behind the counter/ food prep area and cute as it was delivered our food, obvious violation. If I could give NO stars I would.

Won't go to again.. sever with beard and glasses blew his nose at the counter with gloves on while prepping meat... And a manger took a snake that u would use to unclog toilets from under the drink dispenser and took to the kitchen sink to rinse off...all barehanded

A little slow, but the food was great. Thank you for bringing the hot sauce bar back.
