The food is good. The problem is staffing. My 3 out of 3 visits were all the same experience. It seems there is never enough employees working which increased my wait time significantly. On one occasion an employee had a child in the food prep area.
So happy to have Firehouse Subs back! Food was so good and other than an issue with ice machine- everything was great. All the employees were friendly.
Vegetarian options: Offering veggie sub and can customize any sandwich to accommodate dietary needs.
Kid-friendliness: Pretty sure they had coloing sheets bit not ositive since I don't have small children and sometimes don't notice everything.
Parking: Parking lot is very big - many businesses...

Last time I went in though they had a child behind there touching the food with no gloves on and when I asked for a certain sandwich they said they was out of it so I asked for a different one and they said they were out of that one also. So I left and bought nothing.
